I can't imagine how many lives MCR has saved. I remember days when everything seemed so dark and gloomy, like existence didn't matter. And that was when bands like MCR and Linkin Park gave me strength, gave me hope, gave me a reason to live to see another day. And though I'll admit, I don't listen to them as much as I used to, sometimes not at all, but they will always stay close to my heart. The world may be ugly, but they are beautiful to me.

To be honest the original of "Disenchanted" which is "shut up and play" the unreleased song (because they changed the lyrics to what we all know as "Disenchanted") is better than this. don't get me wrong here I love Disenchanted, it's one of my favorites from MCR but, "Shut up and play" is more of a love song, plus is the original one and the lyrics aren't as hard as this one's, but I love both of them. My brother was an addict with multiple health problems but he always had a huge heart and was so wise. He spent most of the later years in the hospital and my family all but abandoned him except me and my mom. He taught me so much ♡ always think about him and his life when I listen to this.

I may not be the same person who only loves rock music back then, now I've opened doors to other genre, but hearing this makes me teary eyed, old memories coming back. I was one of the million souls witnesed this non-existent event, ..the fact that all who listened to this story. lived in a certain time, where all of the events happen to this song, only existed in the realms of the mind of the ones listening to this.
Two years since I last listened to this song, I still know every song, every word, every fun fact. This was my all time favorite, painstakingly learned this on guitar. This band saved my life, and even though I've moved on emotionally, fandom-wise and musically, I still have all my posters. All my band shirts still get worn. Forever will be the best band. Dylan Casagrande that was me when I discovered danger days. It was pure torture because while I wanted to sing and dance my heart out I was reserved to wiggling around in my seat. I was at school.
To be honest the original of "Disenchanted" which is "shut up and play" the unreleased song (because they changed the lyrics to what we all know as "Disenchanted") is better than this. don't get me wrong here I love Disenchanted, it's one of my favorites from MCR but, "Shut up and play" is more of a love song, plus is the original one and the lyrics aren't as hard as this one's, but I love both of them. This is my opinion so please don't get the wrong idea and hate on me.

Honestly one of the best albums I’ve ever heard. MCR will always have a special place in my heart.
One of my favorite songs to date. 12 years later and it still brings a tear to my eye sometimes.
My brother was an addict with multiple health problems but he always had a huge heart and was so wise. He spent most of the later years in the hospital and my family all but abandoned him except me and my mom. He taught me so much ♡ always think about him and his life when I listen to this.
