i’m in recovery from an eating disorder, and most youtubers who post “what I eat in a week” videos end up being very triggering for me. i can confidently say that your “what i eat..” videos is so different. i always feel inspired to nourish my body when I watch your videos of this. right off the bat you said you try not to restrict yourself from any foods, but you still take care of your body and health. that is so important.
