Edit : the reason why is the same as darkside lol. He's not actually a killer clown but a concept of evil itself.
Pinhead might be a joke but his boss is certainly not and that snap would not make pyramid head disappear because he is just a manifestation of a person desire Ie if pyramid head goes after someone it just means that said someone is the reason he exists in the first place.

Honestly even MCU Thanos (who was significantly weaker than his comic counterpart mind you) would still be able to defeat all of these guys even without the infinity gauntlet and any of the infinity stones. You saw how he handled the hulk right.

Hulk in the movies was still especially pre endgame was able perform some powerful feats it is a shame that we were never able to see his most powerful form though.
