Yep, totally hear you. We haven't gotten any 177 barrels since last October actually. We're pushing the importer of FX right now to get our backorders fulfilled. Sorry, really!

Can we not get a fixed shroud for the Crown? I would really prefer a fixed barrel rather than the telescoping barrel.

I have the FX Impact Mk11 in .22 calibre. I live in Canada and when I bought the gun it didn't come with the telescopic barrel. Is that because regulations are different in Canada or not available in Canada? Or did I get short changed? Thanks.

I have had my .25 Impact for more than a year and I recieved it with the Telescoping Shroud and it works very well. Maybe the removeable moderator is more quiet, but I have not had one to compare. Watch my video titled "Scorpio's View," and you can hear how quiet it is.
Good to know. We've only been able to compare a telescoping .30 cal with a fixed moderator barrel, and there's a huhe difference. Might not be so bad in .25 cal. I just wish the importer was importing both options so consumers could habe that option more readily.
Airgun Depot Yeah, that would be nice! Fx should also include a magazine with a barrel/caliber conversion.

Your just what we need. more competition for AOA. Competition makes for qaulity customer service. Ill be giving you and try on the fx crown. Will you guys be certified to work on fx guns.
it's a good question about working on the guns. Technically we're not the importers so serious warranty work will be handled by the Importer. But we do have our own techs and are very knowledgeable about these guns. Quick answer is if you get your gun and it has any issues you can send it back and we'll replace it no questions asked and we'll deal with getting the broken one fixed. Longer-term warranty work and out of warranty work will still need to go through the Importer. Bottom line is if you get your rifle from us we'll take care of you! Appreciate putting your trust in us.

What would the gun in your video retail for, with all accessories except the long bipod legs?
Trying to recall the exact Hawke scope on there, but pretty sure you'd be all in about $3100

Each caliber is a different gun.
Guys! Great videos! I have an open order for a fx impact since October 2016, already payed for! And no rifle... the worst of it, no estimated date ! Great videos! Lousy service!
Sorry to hear you've been waiting for so long. Which caliber do you have on order? Unfortunately we're beholden to the importer and demand that FX can't keep up with. I assure you we fill preorders on the date they were placed, but what calibers we get from the importer are erratic at best. So for instance we have never received 177 caliber in silver even though we have orders in with the importer for them since last September when we first started carrying FX!
I ordered the .25 cal
at this moment, any color will do!

We have a few left handed shooters and they don't have any issues. Chin barely touches the magazine, but it's not a big deal.

I'am a lefty with an Impact. Being lefty has not created the issues, blown o-rings are a nightmare.

If asking about the Impact, we can't ship them to Canada (though there are Canadian dealers that sell them). But if you're talking about accessories, everything is in US dollars

I called Airgun Depot and spoke to 2 different people who both said there is NO DEFINITIVE GUIDE available. UGH. I TOLD THEM TO GO WATCH THIS VIDEO. DOUBT THEY LISTENED. FELT LIKE THEY DIDN'T EVEN CARE. THEY OFFERED NO SUGGESTIONS EITHER. UGH...JERKS
