It’s certainly not cheap, but the value of this specific car even with mods is less than whatever it cost someone to have all that it’s had done to it. - me putting new £3000 rims on my car doesn’t increase its value by 3000, nor putting 10k of mods would increase the value by 10,000.

It’s not meth but ethanol that is the big power map. I have a very very similar setup without the meth on my tte777 built rs3. I don’t live in the uk but where I live ethanol is hard to access and expensive
