I followed all the steps in the video but during the process an error message appears "échec de transfert" can you help me ?
how about when the USB find out become MTP USB driver?

My PC says it cant find the driver. Please could you send me the download link for the driver
Typically the drivers are located in this folder but of course depends on the installation folder:C:\Program Files (x86)\OMRON\NB-Designer\driverIf you have further questions, please call the Technical Support line for the country that you are in.
