Yes ma'am! My sleep has become much more peaceful since I started playing worship music before going to bed and I make sure that I pray before going to bed. I make sure I'm in a constant posture of prayer and thanksgiving.

I JUST finished praying to my Father and thanking Him for blessing me with a new day, that I'm a new person in Him-
I decreed and declared that I forgive myself, because I'm forgiven by our Father in Heaven; yesterday is gone and I'm NOT the past that I've been through (even as recent as yesterday)- Because I used to have the tendency to live in my mind and not extend myself grace
And that's SO TRUE!! I went on a fruit and water fast about 2 weeks ago and I felt my ABSOLUTE best. Such liberty🎉🎉🎉
I also (just yesterday) told myself that I forgive 2 people that are very close to me (after hurt and betrayal)
