They won't try to know the ground level problems of the employees. Local HR people will obstruct the employees informing their problems to the head office. Local HR people are very very dangerous and they behave like enemies to the employees. But owners won't visit the plants suddenly without any information. If owner visit the plant secretly without any information then , he knows actual ground level problems. Why owner is always depending on the HR people or plant head? If the owner will interact directly with the employees secretly, then truth will come outside
