Wow, what a machine! My work tends to be deployed on run of the mill cloud servers, so it's always really fun to see how fast optimized workloads can go when they're run on a FlushMaster 9000™.
This reminds me a lot of some of the chassis Boxx came out with a while back. They even had a 6U that could hold 16 GPUs. Thing was a monster. Couldn't handle as many drives though.
An interesting ‘case’ study for you to try, split into 3 questions:
1. How much/many 140mm based radiators (e.g. multiple mixes of 420mm and/or 560mm) would you need to be able to passively cool (WITHIN the same case as the components) a top of the range (eg RTX 3090 and AMD 9 5950X or a threadripper) fully water cooled system (at least GPU, CPU) at full over clock, to within 5 degrees of ambient temperature with the fans set to their absolute lowest possible speed, and not really needing to spin at all under normal load?
2. Which off the shelf cases (max spending limit of $1,000 for the case) can fit all those radiators at the same time?
3. If there are no cases which you can buy off the shelf which can fit those radiators at the same time within the system case, which case would you buy off the shelf as a starting point, and can you show us a step by step followable guide to how to mod the case so it CAN fit all those radiators? Try and keep the modifications to methods that people could DIY with only moderate access to power tools.
Can you demonstrate/show us such a system in action, and give us a rough idea of total cost for the case and total cooling system (e.g. presumably if there are loads of radiators, a more powerful pump would be needed)?
I want one! I don't know what I'd do with it, but I want it!!!!!

So, fyi, in the USA almost ever single computer and network gear has a ranged PSU. And you can supply them with single phase 110V (or more appropriately 120V) all the way up to 240V. Technically they are rated to go below and above those rates as well. Common single phase electric voltages for server racks and UPS/PDU gear is 120/208/240V. If you need 120V for some equipment I'd recommend a UPS with a transformer. Also you will need C13/C14 (or some other equivalent) cable to replace the NEMA 5-15P cables that are almost always supplied. The real advantage is running at high voltage and LESS amperage. Making everything run considerably more efficient and providing more density in a rack
I watch these types of videos by Wendell, in much the same way I watch old Top Gear super car specials, but something did catch my interest that's probably only in server space right now: What's with 2.5" form factor NVMe drives?
I ask because a total turn off for me is the un-swapable nature of M.2 NVMe SSDs slotting inaccessibly into the motherboard, often right under the GPU. For me I'll swallow the outright speed hit to use 2.5" form factor SATA SSD's in 5.25" hot swap drive bays in a fairly standard E-ATX type case (from a few years back when they still included optical drive bays).
I just love the flexibility and I mostly use it to easily multi-boot OS's bare metal. I love having a single PC that's multiple flavours of Linux and Windows and Mac with a few clicks and clunks, without the expense of buying the hardware needed to do the same thing efficiently in VM. Being able to keep much the same form factor but have those 'drives' be caddys holding M.2 NVMe drives that are cabled to the motherboard's M.2 sockets is very interesting - even if there were only two on a typical desktop motherboard. Front access NVMe - yes!!
I think I need one of those for my next Plex server...

would probably be a bit of a overkill box to just use it as roughter ( load it up with dual port 100Gb network card. technically it could run 15 of those cards if all the pci-e was allocaded for that only ) could be fun to see though xD im sure he can do it if he want to. he got the skills. his not called the techsupport's techsupport for nothing

I wish it were thermally possible to have high performance 3.5 inch U.2 drives with super dense layout.
Basically i see 4x boards stacked on top of each other, each with many NAND chips on both side inside of the 3.5 inch form factor for bulk fast storage that is more dense than 2.5 inch chassis
This is an insane chassis and honestly the power per dollar is pretty good, even on the top end. Ive got some clients to talk to.
Just make sure the local power grid can support all that power supply and cooling LOL

Only complain i have about the design is that both 10GbE run over the single Intels X550-AT2 chip and that is fixed to CPU1 only. with two 10GbE ports i really thought we could get one on each CPU.
PCIe limitation. Can't have a pcie slot or single peripheral "multi-homed" to more than one socket. It's easy enough to add a second X550-AT2 adapter, though? Since you've got slots for DAYS
FINALLY. Wendell: one thing I'm really interested in seeing is 8x Ampere A100 and 2x 7763 running as a dedicated F@H node. It is a very effective way of both maxing out the system physically and testing its reliability. Putting a ConnectX dual 100Gb NIC (or two) into that system and testing its abilities that way would be really cool to see. One question I do have though: does this particular chassis support OCP 2.0 or OCP 3.0? I can't see documentation anywhere showing one way or the other, although this chassis is already known as a monster.

MY GOD 3 x 2.2 kW power supplies. It would take enough energy from a small city to power a cluster of these servers.

They sent him the worst version of the series.... plx switches before the pcie slots cutting you down to pcie3.0 -why in 2021? Get any models in the series above the z50, ex: z54-z51(all slots direct to amd cpu and get pcie40 slots) and no plx pcie30 switches.
