Great job, but always be cautious when making poached eggs in the microwave. Sometimes the air builds up inside the egg and the pressure of it causes the egg to explode either while it’s cooking or after you poke into it. To try and minimize the chance of it exploding on me, I use a fork to puncture the egg whites as well as the egg yolk.
Do you put vinegar in the water before you drop the egg in? If not,just put like a teaspoon at the most, it'll come out perfect..if you already know this,my bad just trying to help..✌️🙏
