    I just wanted to know how to pronounce this place and learn about its wool but here I am learning about how nice it is to live and work. Thanks.

    I think you guys undersold it simply by referring to it as a 'region' that's an hour from Melbourne... It's clear from the drone footage alone that Geelong is becoming more than a region. It's becoming the next major city in Victoria and Australia. At just shy of 400,000, it will be about the size of Canberra. Surely that's worth pointing out too.

      How about COVID and the fact that Melbourne's a shithole and they're moving to Geelong in droves.

    Is there any luxury in Geelong? Is it conservative, does it have sophistication?

    Thanks for the video... which would be a better suburb to choose - west geelong or south geelong from future development & accessibility?

    • @pgaadvisory5889
      @pgaadvisory5889  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Great question, Tania. While it will be dependent upon your personal circumstances, a general rule with property is it's very important to look into council zoning in conjunction with land size and build quality. Our experience is that property prices in Geelong West have the liveability priced in whereas South Geelong is yet to see the same development. Hope this helps!

      Wow, you decide to make unsubstantiated comments and then demonstrate you know nothing about the team that made the video. I'd rather let the facts talk rather than pass comment.

    Geelong? Its bigger than the five boroughs of nyc and has 200k people. Nyc has 8.5 million. That's the biggest drawback. The pop density is FAR too low. Thanks for asking. The infrastructure in Geelong is expensive and poorly used.

      haha I'm not sure comparing Geelong to New York is entirely a fair one. New York is an alpha ++ global city (one of only two). Geelong isn't even a 'self sufficiency' city like Canberra yet. I think it would be better to compare Geelong to somewhere like Woolongong or at a stretch, Newcastle.
