I had an idea today for these! A little bit of confetti in the tube would be cute. Graduation hats, etc would be a cute way to customize based on the occasion.
Omg I didn’t think of buying a chapstick just for that plastic piece!!! I have the card printed out. Now I’m excited to finally finish this!! Thank you!

If your doing a lot of these or cards a Tape Runner, Double sided tape such as ScoreTape are worth the money. You can find them at the dollar store as well. Card makers like me use it a lot! In a pinch you could use clear cellophane bags add a colorful paper around the edges or add a shaker card like under make it more festive.
Michael, during this live would you please address how to avoid getting too close to the edge of the edge of the cards when cutting either insert Cricut cards or cutaways. I always run so close if not pass the edge of the card although it doesn’t show like that in design space.

I'm a little late to this party LOL, but if you look at the gift tags from Jennifer Maker, the ones with the cover to hide who it's for, you can see how she does the pull tab opening. I think you can probably copy that layer then input into your project. I'm doing a bunch of these for Christmas, so I'll try it out

I know I probably sound stupid but I am new to sublimation. I watch a lot of your videos and actually my printer won't be here until tomorrow but my question is: can you make these with a sublimation printer? If so, what kind of paper would I use for it?

Yes bcuz I purchased templates off of esty and I download his and the holders DT fit. I have the lipstick clear holders and the dies.
