sirji maine first service karwai onhone oil change Kiya, tappet check kiya and wash karke chain lube karke 1900 ka billpakda diya. kuch b chek ni kiya, jab maine bola air filter to saaf kardo bolte heh 2nd service me hoga. they literally did nothing except engine oil change and tappet adjustment.
@@srikarmotovlogs maine customer care se baat ki thi wo bolte heh onhe kuch problem nahi lagi hogi isliye ni kiya hoga. i was in workshop for 4 hour mere saamne sab hua, kwal koi aakho se dekh k kaise bata sakta heh koi nut dhila heh air filter kitna ganda heh . machanic ne 4 hour lagae kwal 2 chij k liye, tappet and oil change. 10 min kaam karke cha pine lagta fir 10 min phone pe fir 1 saman lene jata wahi baate kare 10 min baad aata. i went to showroom 8 in morning ye soch k pahla no lagega jaldi mil jaegi and jab me pahocha showroom band tha 9:30 pe khula and mera 1st no tha and muje gaadi 2:30 pe mili dhulne k baad . 1st hone k baad b itna late. kwal time pass karte heh wo. problem is merr area me 1 hi service centre he otherwise muje 55km door jana padea. but next time jana padega
Bike achi hai no doubt lekin Royal Enfield company itni laalchi. Mere sath ye hua ki muje jb delivery mili shaam me lagbag andhera ho chuka tha. Then next day i see that one shocker is leak I took a picture and i show them they said ok we'll check . Then i go to service center they just take cloth and clean tha shocker and they said no not leaking. I said ok then next day still leaking they said shocker cap is damage then i said ok do it .u know when i got it after 2 months. They charge me for this cap still I said ok .they put new they did it but then next still leaking.then i go again They said let us check again Comment down if u want to know that what Royal Enfield company did this to me

Mne b higher authority me complain ki toh unhone kuch nhi mne unko delivery k 2nd day ki picture b dikhai lekin kisi ne help nhi ki end me muje khud pay kr k new shocker lgwana pda.. tbse muje itna gussa hai inpe.
