LOTUSリリース前のライブで序盤京さんがフード被っていてライブの中盤でフードとって坊主披露した時凄い歓声だった。一緒に参戦してた人が「殿、出家したー!」って叫んでいたのがいい思い出です😄

DIRを初めて知ったのが７年前くらいなんですけど
今聴いてもDIRの曲はとても良いなと思います。
落ち込んでる時に聴くと不思議と落ち着けます。
詞の世界観が、葛藤の先に光が見えてくるような感じだと思ったら、「LOTUS」というタイトルがシックリきた まさに泥の中に咲いた美しい花という感じの詞が好きです
魂こもってる 等身大
正直受け入れられにくいジャンルだと思います。一般には闇とは汚れたイメージがあるかもしれないですが、実は誰の心にもあるものだと思うんです。DIR EN GREYはその闇をとても美しく表現している唯一無二のバンドではないでしょうか。

10年前の曲か。あの時「激闇の次はなんか微妙な曲だな」って思ってた。
10年後、アラサーになって気づいた、「記憶からまた涙を消せない」の重さよ。
あとギターの歪みとグリーンのギャップがすごい綺麗。
自分も10年後、30代になって「過ちが生き方を変えはしない」の意味がわかってきた気がする...。
この曲を作れるセンスと技術が凄すぎる。
並大抵ではない。
ドラムめちゃめちゃいいね…メロディと歌声ももちろんだけど。
なんか機械的じゃなく自然界の音って感じ。
It makes me so happy to see Dir en grey receive the praise that they deserve. Although their style changed from previous albums, what they've become is amazing. By far their newest work has the best guitar and vocal sound then their older stuff, I think this is always what they wanted to become, so I'm glad it finally happened.
And six years later since this comment, I am happy to say that they still haven't stopped evolving and being amazing.
But you know this isn't Dir En Gey XD

貴方の詩は本当に心に突き刺さる。
Their music really is beautiful and if anyone hasn't seen them live you really need to....Kyo gives off some ridiculous amounts of energy, its like a religious experience. It really is amazing how they are still putting out amazing music so many years later. Dir en Grey is like a fine wine, just gets better with age.

every sound that comes from kyo's voice is absolutely stunning, and every beat and note that is played by die, kaoru, toshiya, and shinya is just plain beautiful

First. I was really impressed by the their new sound (guitars sounding amazing!) vocals sounding clearly and crispy, bass is loud and round, drums punchy and precise. Honestly it's a product that deserves higher quality mark! I didn't heard Dir en Grey about 10 years, but OMG. It's amazing and it inspires me a lot! With much love from Russia!

I love Dir en Grey from their early days to their new stuff right now. They're all great stuff. And quite honestly, it's actually quite interesting to compare the songs back from the early days to the ones now...and even more interesting to compare their PVs back then to the present ones.
It makes the band a bit more fun.

I love the contrast between the heavy guitars and his voice. It's like a brooding seething inner turmoil that is waiting to burst and explode but never does. I'm excited for a new album.

I listening Dir en Grey when i still in highschool, from Gauze album, and still listening this band until now, just want to say, i really love Toshiya style now, he looks so hot 😊
This song is so perfect .. the lyrics the drums the bass the guitar it's just perfect.. everything melts together so right...
Hair or not, kyo still has one of my favourite vocal ranges I've ever heard. Visual or not, Diru is Diru and will always be my favourite band

Its beautiful. Its still heavy like their newer stuff, but they have become more refined in what they do. Not only that, but its not only screaming; it has a lot of vocal variety and its melodic like their older stuff. I love it. It's perfect.

Saw these guys in Dallas last night. It was their first stop on their Ghoul tour in the US. The crowd went nuts when they played "Vinushka" and "Hageshisa..." A lot of metal fans down here, and most of them are some of the nicest people you'll meet. Glad to see they gave Diru a warm welcome.
Such a great song. I honestly wish they did more like this. It would increase their popularity in the west more and just sound better.
I like the gothic elements in the intro. That’s my favorite part of the song.

Es que el era todo un espectáculo grotesco en concierto, se autolesionaba ,vomitaba vainas rarísimas jajaja osea era parte de toda la estética gore/erótica que tenían en sus inicios, que ya obviamente no tienen porque ya tocan es metal y su estética cambio

i agree, Urboros was all about emotion and i loved it cause each song fit all the times i cried for hours of stuff. diru just grew but their still the same kyo, toshiya, shinya, kaoru and die as when they first started out.
