Looks like they reused a lot of building assets to make this map. Some areas look like direct copies of old areas.
Yup, a lot of reuse, there are some newer assets too though.
I didn't have enough time today to get that far yet but I'll be there tonight lol. ❤

To my knowledge there is no lite version of the beta which might explain it.
