you r correct mam ... PROGRAM MEMORY (ROM) is used for permanent saving program being executed DATA MEMORY (RAM) is used for temporarily storing and keeping intermediate results and variables.
Upper 128 bytes of Internal RAM are not indirectly addressable, If there's an additional memory of extra 128B then those memory locations can be indirectly addressable (That's the case for 8052) Lower 128 bytes are both directly and indirectly addressable

how can u hv 128 upper bytes and 128 lower bytes which would sum up to 256 kB RAM, but we know that 8051 has 128KB memory RAM

Mam 3FFF is not 4KB Rom if my maths is correct it should be 0FFF ie 4096B ie 4KB correction would be appreciated
Secondly it should be 1000H to FFFFH which is 60KB not at all 64KB
Total amount of Rom is 64KB
