I’ve always been a big advocate of digging local bait from the area where fishing. Used to live in Bispham and head down the beach with rod & spade at low water, dig a few and use. Once visited Holyhead and stayed in the old castle hotel place at the foot of the breakwater…. At the bottom of the path there was a small jetty. I would dig a few rag off the beach in front and collect a few limpets off the rocks. Fishing high water on the float with lightweight tackle was great sport for the Wrasse in and amongst the rocks and kelp.
quality videos as always great bass carnt beat catching bass keep up doing what ya doing mate will have to come along fishing one day cheers Harrisons Rigs.
Thank you for telling us where you are fishing from . This makes watching your show much more interesting . I think you are a brilliant fisherman who has nothing to hide. I do kayak fishing when weather permits. Cheers for that
Get a bait pump. I did 20yrs ago. Didn't have a clue at that time, but learned how to get blow lug very quickly. In my experience, fresh blow will outfish any bait! And yes I also support my local fishing shop, for other baits, and when I can't be bothered!
Awesome hour or so with you bud. Looks like the wheels fell off when I left you unattended haha. Great fish matey. Currently on the Immingham wall on the Humber after my haddock... they have come out to my left and right but non for me....YET!
Great video mate that was a decent bass 👌🏻 Kei seems like a sound fella and very down to earth . I have subscribed to his channel, He is a brilliant fisherman too i have noticed 👍🏻. Entertaining video as usual buddy 👍🏻👌🏻✌🏻
What you and kie did there digging for worm to fish later is proper part of being a fisherman brill get it brill hook your puffin like a goodun mate 🏴
Have you got any selection boxes over Hooker? I've heard cerrion is in Llandudno General. His ears are bleeding. They think he may be admitted into the new year mate 😂
I copied this: Recreational fishing, including from shore, is limited to catch-and-release only during 1 February to 31 March 2024. From 1 January to 31 January 2024 and 1 April to 31 December 2024, no more than two seabass may be retained per fisherman per day. 👍
Fun filled again ❤❤
Thanks for vid Mr Hooker.
