It is bad when ignorance and stupidity of parents, friends and relatives led to two young people who did no harm, who just fell in love throw their lives away, because they see no way out. We wanted to help, wanted to mediate and failed because these parents did not want their children's happiness but their own ideas of it. Here the parents fail, the father because his "faith" tells him something different from what he sees, the mother because she is completely dependent and helpless this situation. So the lives of two completely innocent young people ended in this tragic and unnecessary way just because they fell in love. What a tragedy!

I think it is very important movie... but i do not think its about being lesbian or gay only. To me - Its about living in a society that stigmatizes and shames you for being You. For the way you dress? For the way you think. For your interests and preferences. Doesn't matter how big is this - people can make stigma for you, for even slightest inconsistency with their notions of normality. This movie shows, that most of us are innocent, ashamed and bulled not because there's something wrong with us... but because something wrong with them. With them who tells us Who we should be in their world. Them who tells us what we should say in public. Who tells us what is wright way to think. These people are surrounding us with boundaries - Step over and you'll become nothing. Or worse - the Enemy.
