Hey Rhea, I just wanted to take a moment to share how much I’ve enjoyed watching your journey as a podcaster! Your growth has been so inspiring to see. Each episode feels more confident and polished, and your passion really shines through. The way you engage with your guests and explore topics has become even more captivating. It’s clear how much effort you put into your craft, and it truly pays off. Keep up the fantastic work-I can’t wait to see where you go next!

As a final-year psychology student and aspiring psychologist, this episode is both insightful and inspiring. The candid conversation between Tanmay Bhat and Zakir Khan brilliantly highlighted deep psychological themes like mental health, the role of parenting, and environmental influence. The story of how a single compliment from Tanmay's teacher shifted his self-perception and outlook on society is a powerful example of the impact words can have on our mental well-being , how Tanmay talked about receiving compliments post his weight loss, revealing the complexities of self-image and how we internalize external validation. Zakir’s journey of honing his comedy craft through research and hard work beautifully reflects the psychological importance of persistence and skill development. Both of their reflections on the value of money after reaching a certain economic stage hints towards their wisdom. Rhea did a fantastic job keeping the flow natural yet meaningful. The cherry on top was the Teal Swan’s game.. PS: It’s my favourite game too!
Loads of love!❤️
To listen to both of them is such a treat to the ears, always. The clarity of thoughts they have about things and the way they communicate and worded their thoughts is commendable, one of those conversations I'll keep coming back to, very very well done!
Zakir bhai is a treasure trove of wisdom! Loved the interview.
I'm sorry but beer biceps who????
She's so beautiful and smart, the conversations made me so relaxed yet kept me captivated. Just beautiful this whole episode was!! ❤
Why compare? There can be two great batsmen in a team. There can be several great actors in an industry. This is not a competition.
@@omerfarooq3968no but this was great, a diff setup, deep talks and vibe then beer biceps one
I feel so proud of tanmay, feels like a personal win to see him feel comfortable in his body. ❤
38:00 I don't feel underconfident around someone ... I use to but obviously I ve done enough work for it ... I was obviously feeling it from age 5 to 20 then my teacher said it to me ... "confidence kaam se aata hai" and now I don't feel that much agar gaming addiction se shift hoke aap 22 22 ghante padhne takk pahunch jao toh obviously nhi hoga and I m 22 now and I don't see a fragment of it left in me... overwork is one way out
After this interview I feel that Zakir Khan is the Gulzaar Saab of our generation.... Such smoothness of his words.... Such deep words but does not feel like a preach.... We feel like following his words.... So relatable....
Tanmay and Zakir together, and no laughs, I guess there is a certain kind of talent needed for that😅
Wow awesome job Rhea..you actually took the feedback and improved..very nice episode ❤ lots of love and more power to you
Truckloads of wisdom. So real and relatable stories.
I could relate to every word Tanmay said when he was describing how he feels when someone compliments him for looking handsome... what an epic episode.
wonderful podcast....full of real life & practical life
Not only did we get to see a Rhea Chakraborty podcast before GTA 6, but also it was incredible, which was not what I was expecting to see this year. I loved the podcast.
