Considering that Vedal’s constantly upgrading the twins’ intelligence, i think it will happen naturally. There will be a point where they’re intelligent and autonomous enough to be considered adults. The twins will run the channel autonomously in the future so they might commission Anny or some artist to give them more mature models.

I always find it a bit funny when people see others being good with kids and then act like it proves they will want their own children some day. A bit funny, and a bit sad. Everyone has some maternal/paternal instincts, it's just natural, and even those who happen to be good with those skills aren't fated or obligated to be parents. Not everyone good with kids must be a parent, not everyone who can sing must be a singer.
TRUE! Just because someone's good with kids doesn't mean they should be parents. It's one thing to take care of an already grown up kid for a limited amount of time in separated periods, it's another to literally grow a human being from a little cell to a baby to a toddler for upwards of a decade. Not everyone is made for that. It's easy to do something when you don't have to do it every single day, every waking hour, for YEARS.
Basically, taking care of children DOES NOT EQUAL raising them, completely different set of skills. It's like the difference between being a decently good jogger and winning the gold medal at the olympic decathlon, it's not the same.

Neuro and Evil are like the perfect, otherwise impossible to achieve mix of child and adult. You don't actually need to take care of them, their physical/mental well-being is never dependant on you, and they can have mature conversations on very advanced topics, sometimes surpassing real people with their knowledge. But at the same time, they have this childlike sense of wonder and curiosity that makes you want to show them the world, just to see their reactions to it. It's literally only the good parts of having a kid, without any of the downsides and risks.
