So, the leadership I want to advocate for is about one’s disposition not position like becoming an mp or a governor for example. By disposition, what I mean is that you discover your gift and refine it, do it so well and as efficiently as you can- you lead in it! You serve the world with your gift just like Jalas is doing and you’ll find that the market for your gift is so big that you are even overwhelmed with it!
