I switched from S9+ to Fold4 and based on my experiences some images taken with S9+ look better than Fold4. Fold4 in my opinion has a very aggressive "color boost" to make images look more vivid, but this boost lowers the details when zooming in (after taking a picture). S9+ does not have such aggressive image processing and pictures capture a lot more detail in some scenarios. Quick solution that I found on Fold4 to fix the aggressive image processing is going into camera settings and disabling "Scene optimiser".

There is only one concern, which I noticed with all camera comparisons with the Fold4 or Flip4 I have seen so far. Nobody even mentions the possibility to use the main cameras for selfies with those folding phones, which is a huge advantage imho.
