Unfortunately it's definitely lipsynced, or at least with a really loud, overpowering backtrack. The way I can tell is by whether or not I can hear a second voice mixed in or behind the idols' voices, which I can't here, and whether or not it has the exact same ups and downs and quirks as every music show performance to date. I knew ten seconds in thanks to Winter; if SM really wants to make it look realistic, they shouldn't have Winter do her growl in the exact same way in the exact same place in the song every time.
