It is hilarious to me that this turned out to be a “Cartier vs the world” video...that was not intentional 😆 Nonetheless, I hope you enjoy it! Thanks for watching. 🙏🏾
I knew right away that you were going to pick the Cartier frags cuz for some reason you've always been a big fan of their fragrances so that was a no brainer when you were deciding which ones you liked best. Anyways that's my 2 cents and It wouldn't surprise me if Cartier was paying you to market their frags and if so good for you! Keep doing your thing JC, as always I enjoy the reviews! 👊
This is a great concept for a video! I know I've tested many fragrances with similar profiles with some minor note exceptions at times (like my testing of musk / ambroxan fragrances, like Juliette Has a Gun Not a Perfume, Le Labo Another 13, and Essential Parfums The Musc, for example) and trying to convey the differences is a great challenge of mine to tell people. Always nice to find subtle differences in perfumery that can have varied effects on your skin. Great stuff, man! :)
Great video! Extremely helpful. I’m getting to the place where I have too many fragrances that smell alike and I don’t need both. Please share more videos like this.
Thanks for the video, I was just looking for something like this. I hope there are more videos to come in this series as I'm trying to build my scent collection I definitely appreciate knowing from you all with the large collections which fragrances are similar.
I’m attending a wedding on September 2nd, and though I have a few niche options, I think I’m going to rock the d’un Soir. One of my favorites in my collection.
Just received My vintage bottle of Declaration D`un Soir today…Phenomenal fragrance! Wish I had access to another bottle as this fragrance is becoming hard to find
Instead of first two with rose scent try Guerlain Les Absolus d'Orient Santal Royal, and instead of Cartier Pasha try Montana Black Edition that is almost the same scent except it has not oak moss and the notes are even more opulent and delicious
I had to get the declaration dun soir for 66 bucks on Amazon today...I already got toy boy which is beast mode... I'm eager to see what the cartier is like when its delivered
I'm with you on the Safari and Pasha comparison. Ralph Lauren used to have balls. Now it's just Lauren Ralph with their sweet fruities and aquatics. Dying to try Polo Cologne Intense cause I effing love that bottle. I already know that I'll enjoy the scent (cause it's green), but I'm interested to see just how hollow they made the base. No spices, woods, amber, leather, tobacco or pine....I dunno.
Curious at to the differences between Declaration D'un Soir and the Intense version. I'm heavily debating right now but can't find a whole lot of info on their differences.
@@stayfreshproductions The Intense was hard to find, which is why I was debating over them. FragranceBuy has some Intense left if you want to look into it. I couldn't even find it on eBay apart from a carded sample.
OK this is interesting , definitely should be a running series Lets me try 1 Creed MI vs Creed EROLFA - EROLFA its slightly more green , also has more ambergis , its more complex , slightly more masculine, although its splitting hair 2 PDM Pegasus vs PDM Layton - PDM Pegasus I like the metallic vibe a bit more, Its slightly more versatile . Also Layton is a nice guy while Pegasus is a bad boy 3 Amouage Reflection man vs Amouage Ciel man- Reflection, I really like Ciel , but Reflection was first niche I ever bought , I got it for my 21st B-Day. Its really close , but I have a special connection with Reflection 4 TF rose prick vs Cartier Declaration dun Soir - I will tear my hair on this one but Declaration. The TF let me down it doesn't have the sexiness I was expecting from TF , its great but kind boring , and I had too high hopes for it. But the Declaration has a certain je-ne-sequia 5 Guerlain Vetiver vs TDH edt - ughh , this really depends on what mood I am Guerlain Vetiver takes it , because its just a classic, we have to put respect on its name 6 YSL Lhome vs Prada Lhome - YSL that apple in the opening just give it that edge 7 Armani Code ultimate vs JPG ultra male - Armani Code ultimate will take it , for the simple fact its slightly more unique ,but just as mass appealing that was fun, now I have to go contemplate why do I own so many scnets that smell like other things I own and what does that say about me , lol
I agree with your assessments of each one except the Safari and Pasha EDT. Maybe since I remember the original Safari, I have to go with Safari. Great video nonetheless
@@peterrak9554 We'll agree to disagree lol. Toy Boy to me is the best rose fragrance for men. That coming from someone who hates florals especially rose.

Cartier - 3 versus Rest of the World - 0. ( 3 - 0)
.
This video quickly turned into a love letter to Cartier
Cartier by unanimous decision. 👍😀
It's easy to go there...

The voice is always suave!!! love the salsa background music I love two of the Cartier selections
Thank you Ruth!! :)
Have you thought of making a video of 'this or that' with female fragrances you prefer on a woman? Grace can help too 😁
I will consider that!
Hi! love your videos, would love to see these battles between more well known and widely adopted fragrances!
Thank you! More to come!
I just got the EDP version of Pasha de Cartier last week. One of my favorites so far in my collection. Haven't tried the EDT yet
Thanks for the video, I was just looking for something like this. I hope there are more videos to come in this series as I'm trying to build my scent collection I definitely appreciate knowing from you all with the large collections which fragrances are similar.
I'm so happy the video was helpful!
Just fell in love with toy boy, now I have to check out the cartier. thanks!
You're welcome, Nicholas!
L'Envol is a perfume that I will love to buy
I hope you can!
I'll definitely have to check out Cartier's line up. Thanks Justin 👍
Thanks Luis!
Two my favourite scents in one video - Santal des Indes & Cartier L’Envol EDP 🔥
Yes!
I’m attending a wedding on September 2nd, and though I have a few niche options, I think I’m going to rock the d’un Soir. One of my favorites in my collection.
Do it!
Great review Justin. It was never done before, or I never saw one like it.
Thanks Michael!
The funk on the moschino you speak of to me smells like slightly over ripened apples (not rotten) kind of like wine. It smells so good to me.
I like it too!
Great video as always my friend. Thank for the comparisons
Thanks for watching bro!
You really love Cartier ,Givenchy & John Varvatos and always easy to understand why you love those Because of your gentlemen sense.
Thank you!!!

Love Cartier , under rated . Thanks Justin .
Thank you James!
Always refreshing to see your videos Justin . No puns intended !

I made the same choice at the battle of the 🌹. Declaration d' un soir! Great video!
Thanks Christos!
This was an amazing video. Thanks for sharing Justin.
Thank you Pat!
Great comparison, nice video 👍
I just got a sample of Mandarine and it's a very beautiful fragrance, I find it similar to D&G Light Blue.
It's definitely beautiful!
Instead of first two with rose scent try Guerlain Les Absolus d'Orient Santal Royal, and instead of Cartier Pasha try Montana Black Edition that is almost the same scent except it has not oak moss and the notes are even more opulent and delicious
Great video... as always!!!!👏👏👏👏👏👏
Cartier is such an underrated house imo
Hello Justin, how are you? I enjoyed that Video and list. What do you think about layering Cartier L'ENVOL and BVLGARI MAN? Stay safe brother.👍🏾
Hi Graham! Thank you! That's probably a great combo, I just think that the Cartier would overpower the Bvlgari!
I had to get the declaration dun soir for 66 bucks on Amazon today...I already got toy boy which is beast mode... I'm eager to see what the cartier is like when its delivered
I knew you'd opt for the Halfeti ! Great video
Yes! Thank you!
Great video. Fun content bro!
Appreciate it!
Behind on watching some videos! Catching up at work! #freshsquad
Welcome back bro!
How many fragrances are in your collection
Great selection 👍
Thanks! ✌️
Something tells me Cartier is one of your favorite fragrance houses 😉🤷🏼♂️
Something is telling you correctly :)
Ysl Ultime could also be paired with toy boy.
Definitely!

Thank you bruh!!
Hey Justin.Cartier produces some killer and reasonably prices scents.I have the ones you have listed here and wear them quite often.Be safe.
Thank you bro! Yeah they're awesome.
This man loves Cartier for sure :D

Thank you! I might make it a series. Those are some awesome comparisons.
...something like Clifford Brown but i can’t place it...
I love Clifford.
Cartier wins yet another round. Invictus. xD
How long can you sustain a note?
A while! 😉
Versace Dylan Blue vs Bvlgari Aqua Atlantique🤔
Howd I miss this one
Never too late!
If you are talking about cartier I am like that. They are the best for me.
They are awesome.
Zaharoff collaboration?! I am a huge fan of Signature Pour Homme
😊
Justin lookin swole fr💪🏻
😆💪🏾
Do you or anyone know if the rose in the cartier one is natural?
Not sure
Cartier should pay you to be a spokesman bro. Then maybe their fragrances would get more play
I wouldn’t turn them down 😉
@@stayfreshproductions haha i hear that my man
Bleu de chanel vs. Elysium?
Elysium for me. But what matters is what you like!
Very2 nice opening
do you layer mandarin?
I haven't tried!
the Cartier was too feminine for me, Toy Boy was too but not so much, my gf loves Toy Boy on me
👍👍👍
any fragrance similar to ck be ?
I haven't smelled CK Be in a long time so I can't speak on it! :(
I agree with your assessments of each one except the Safari and Pasha EDT. Maybe since I remember the original Safari, I have to go with Safari. Great video nonetheless
Yes, vintage Safari is unbeatable!
Just picked up Declaration d'un Soir and I love it. My first rose fragrance and it really opened my eyes.
It's so good!
Cartier is the real deal

hey dude - you like cartier :-)
Yep! :)
✌🏾🤝
Great 📹 and I enjoyed it and have a blessed day
Thank you Michael!
You welcome keep ☝ the good work
I prefer the Toy Boy over the Cartier. The Cartier is feminine to me.
They are both feminine, I’m gifting toy boy as we speak. Too much rose for a mans fragrance
Same toy boy smells less feminine but cartier declaration d'un soir is almost as good
I agree.
@@peterrak9554 We'll agree to disagree lol. Toy Boy to me is the best rose fragrance for men. That coming from someone who hates florals especially rose.
Toy boy is the most vile stench I've ever smelled!!! Just plain gross, I can't even give it away!!
I disagree.
Give it to meee!
querty, send me your shipping info. I'll send it to you!!
