Quarantine in China: What I Ate in Quarantine

I went back to China in December 2022 and quarantined at a hotel in Tianjin, my hometown for 5 days. To my surprise, the meals were the highlights of my quarantine time. Hometown food just hits differently. It also makes me realize how much culture local food carries and how important it means to the people, no matter how long they have been away from home.
