Loving the refresh ❤ I would also paint the adjacent walls white as well .
Tip for moving heavy furniture, put a moving blanket (or any blanket) on the ground, flip the furniture so that the flat top is on the blanket then pull the blanket to the new location. I’ve moved dressers, couches, tv consoles with this method without much struggle

Good suggestion. Home Depot has furniture sliders that make moving any piece of furniture a breeze and will definitely save your back!!

Maya why don’t you unscrew the chairs from the base and spray the base the matte black and just reattach them that’ll be so cute and you can repurpose the chairs
LOVING the energy shift in the home now!!! Also for the two chairs you don't like with the gold, ever think about spray painting the gold to a matte black? That would be cute! Wrap those bad boys in plastic & tape em up and go to work!
Maya - you can keep the ceramic vase for the dining table and switch into seasonally-appropriate florals (just a thought)

Try the wallpaper over the gold on the white chairs to help them blend into the room. Or spray paint the gold as suggested. I would remove the two ottomans in front of the two chairs and put one table there to hold drinks.

For years my worker bee 🐝 family members called me lazy because i had a life of leisure. I only work office jobs when in the workforce. I'm sitting at my desk as i write ✍️🏽 this. I don't mind working but i only do soft jobs. I always prioritize myself. It took one dusty at a young age, 18, to learn it wasn't for me. I never settle for less than the best..
