Zidane had this quality of using his art and tricks in a really useful way : create himself spaces with the objective of delivering the best pass to his partners, not to seek his own way to the goal. This is why the guy won everything and delivered his best performances in the truly hard matches (UCL, WC finals...) : his talent was served to make his team around him play better. Hence for me the best player of all times.

It's as good a compliment as one footballer can ever get. Let's face it, on that day, in 2006 I was celebrating my 30th birthday, with friends and family, and that match will stay with me forever. Me and my two brothers (one other was absent) could hardly believe what Zidane was doing. He was possessed, he played his best ever football partition, one that will stay in the mind of most people watching that match. All these Brazilian superstars (Ronaldo, Ronaldinho etc...) must have been shell shocked by his level on that day. It was simply surreal and he gave the entire French team a huge boost in confidence... The French so deserved that world cup in 2006, Italy winning will remain, until my death, one of the biggest steal and undeserving achievements from anyone... They won ugly, by touching a very sore point on that famous evening... They never deserved to win it but such is sport. 고딩 시절, 지금처럼 인터넷이 발달하지 못해서 라리가 경기는 케이블에서 어쩌다 잡힌 일본 NHK 방송을 통해서만 간간히 봤었습니다. 그때 지단이 어쩌다 나오는 경기 보게 되면 그렇게 좋을 수가 없었는데 이제는 컴퓨터 앞에 앉아서 콧구멍도 파고 편하게 볼 수 있어서 너무 좋네요.

세리에 유벤투스 시절에는 중계가 어땠는지 모르겠지만, 레알때는 중계 해줬었어요. 당시 중학교때 발렌시아 라는 팀을 좋아했어서 보다가 지단을 알게됐고 그 지단이란 한명의 선수 때문에 레알경기도 보고 지금까지도 가장 좋아하는 축구선수가 지단이여서 기억납니다. 중계있었어요
