- The Indian Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi has broken his silence of the Manipur conflict. He has highlighted that alongside the ongoing conflicts in Manipur, problems have also erupted across the border in Myanmar. He also informed that even though the situation in Manipur is currently stable, it continues to remain tense.

Meiteis don't really know Anglo Kuki War as it was not fought within 700sq km. Indian Government must handover the land where Anglo Kuki war took place covering more than 14000 sqkm during British India.
