My suggestion would be to spend less time with nades in your hand. Figure out where you're going to throw it before you hold and throw. Also, you should bind each nade to a key. I have HE grenade on G, Molly on X, Smoke on C, and flash on my side mouse button. That makes it so if you throw a grenade, you can press the second grenade key right away and cut out like 1 second of animations.

Late response but I was orange in game 1 on aztec. We were 3 stacked and we all thought there was a hacker in that game. When we pushed mid and I said "I swear if this gets nade stacked" its because we spent that entire game getting fucked from insane pushes.
