@@mathiasgrahn4440 ah that makes more sense now. I bike to Chom kitti temple some times so I know the area. Lots of nice land in the area but I see it often doesn't have deeds (at least for now).
@@HairyPixels We bought the land 2.5 years ago, we haven't been there and seen it yet, now during the construction we are sitting in Sweden and checking everything. We will move down semi-annually from next year unless Russia expands its activities. The last time I was in Chiang Mai was about 17 years ago, so I don't know much about the area. I've only been there once so it will be an experience when we get there. Best regards Mathias
