Great tips! When my husband cleans or washes dishes, he always plays music. I've never asked him why, but I assume it motivates him to keep going. I think we all do at some point in our busy lives. Routines have shown me that even if not everything can be completed, that they help simplify and makes things so much easier when we identify those most important tasks. I like to put my routines in a monthly tracker. I have a.m. , daily, & p.m. routines. I write the routines on my dailies as I'm planning the day. At the end of the day, when I'm reviewing the day, I cross through the titles proportionately to how many of the routine elements I did that day
