I drove through both towns years ago, and am still impressed by them. Back in the early 1950s, I was a Boy Scout and went to Camp Sequassen for two summers, just south of Winsted. I drove up and visited it four years ago, and it is still open. Lots of memories! Thank you for screening!
Back around '94 me and my buddy would drive from Winsted up to Norfolk and Canaan after school. Get a bunch of McDonald's or BK in our bellies and then listen Pearl Jam and The Beatles while driving around for an hour or two.
