I just lost all my accounts even with the correct passwords and iCloud keychain back up, it keeps saying use duo code after my phone got reset after it got repaired by apple.

Não baixem o duo mobile, se vc trocar ou perder o seu aparelho perde tudo. Não existe um suporte bom. São milhares de pessoas no prejuízo.
