I just started collecting with my 5 year old son. We love watching these to see what's good. No luck with boxes for us but we are determined to finish our base set one way or another
I love the facial expressions each time a mystery item poops out of the box. I’m not a fan of these, but love your determination to keep pulling.
I wasn’t expecting much from these boxes, so I am not shocked they weren’t the best. I pulled the alt art galarian moltres from a chilling reign pack from a pokerev pack!

This was probably not the worst mystery box I've seen, but definitely up there on the hall of shame lol. I LOVE that Moltres V Alt Art pull though, one of my all time favorite cards!
Hoping for the mystery boxes to be decent, don't expect everyone to be great but living up to their odds would be nice.
That black and white next destinies pack is amazing. Black and White is definitely my favourite over every other set 😍

Their mystery boxes aren’t great but their singles and packs are most of the time at a good price and ship pretty quickly. I’ve always had a good experience with them.

I have recently decided to start collecting Pokemon cards but I don't really have a set goal for what I'm after or expectations, do people suggest just getting these random booster packs just to start my collection? Or find a specific series I like and start pulling?
So glad you’re one of the TH-camrs that tries out products like this to test them out and I appreciate it that because it saves me money from spending on things that are worth and some that aren’t worth it , that $80!pack was nice to see being opened ! keep up the great videos man!

Crazy that these guys really branded the stuff from the ETBs that you would throw in the trash as "Mystery Items". I know you put prices for some of them, but they are honestly all next to worthless. Putting that McDonald's card was really next level too, didn't think Troll N Toad of all companies would do some shit like this.

just a question. im used to WOTC packs. How do you tell print lines from the holo on that Articuno just pulled? Im an old school collecter and had some hard times since i became an adult " health wise". so not up to date on these newer sets. love your content!!!!

I was hoping for treasure, you never know! No matter what 10% can be so wild. But they seemed a bit cheap on the odds. Im getting 3 next week, that i bought from my local dealer, wish me luck! Hopefully i get a lucky pack on number 2, then 3 is perfect. 😂😂
I think they have really really fine tuned scales and they weigh them out. But I think a few slip here and there and that's why you got a couple of hits.

After watching the video I don’t think you were being too tough on them. From the description on the back of the box I was pretty hopeful at the beginning and after the 2nd pack, but I don’t think I would buy these now either after watching the opening. Thanks for taking a chance and opening these up!

I just opened three mystery boxes I got from Walmart and it seemed like the pax may have been resealed. The cardboard outer pack was a lot harder to open than normal and some of the packs were kind of glued to the inside of the cardboard. The icing on the cake that convinced me was the very last pack I opened I did the four card trick and it didn't work so I did the trick in reverse put the cards back in the original lineup then discovered that the trick had already been done like they had out of habit put the four cards in the front and not realized it.
These are a bust but pretty much a lot of the mystery box’s lately have been like this. Appreciate you doing this Rev and showing us what’s in these

Troll and Toad is a no no. I’m going to say these boxes will be on the low end for the most part.
As a pokemon TCG player, I would love to open these. I love collecting dice and coins, but I would hate to have the same type of dice and sleeves over and over again. I also collect pins, Lucario once is fun and nice, but everytime as a pin sucks so much. Thank you so much for your sacrifice for us

at my local card store I found a bunch of base set and gym leaders cards in the bulk section which was 10 cents per card
The sleeves are from the og trainers toolkit. That box had such a good promo too
I feel like the radiant rares and trainer gallery are gonna really stand the test of time.
Yeah they are my motivation to get the new sets, I don’t care how valuable they may be I just love the artwork.

Over the weekend me and my daughter pulled the rainbow charizard, a charizard v and a radiant charizard from the go packs. I told her we have to try to get the rainbow pikachu to go with her pikachu v cards. She doesn’t understand sets yet though and I tend to just let her pick the packs lol.
Considering Troll & Toad is quite the name, I guess those boxes just can't be entirely trash.

A year later i decided to pick up a few of these from walmart , probably mostly junk but they were a bit cheaper like 24 bucks so we will see
