I'm a security officer in a housing apartment and I see this all the time. And it's so sad. They never visit the parent but when they die they all come growling out of a rock.
When my husband's great grandmother was on her deathbed, family was literally fighting and throwing hands over who was going to get what while she was just in the other room. I was so disturbed by it. My husband and I, along with our kids, were the only ones she recognized when we went to see her one last time and we wanted nothing of hers. She was such a kind and loving person and we cherished her for it.
If I'm deserted by my children at that stage of my life believe me they'd be shocked to see everything go to charity with my funeral bill for them to pay. After all when I'm dead they can stay without burial.

Maybe, but mom still chose to go with her to court. So maybe she really is the one taking care of her unlike what the other sister says. We'll never know.
I disagree, did you see how the plantif just be switching every time judge deals with the defendant. Hypocrites. She played the victim very well. And it's the defendants father's money. So come on.
The Defendant is greedy. She doesn't deserve all of the money. The mother doesn't look or act all there and the Defendant took advantage of her. The judge is fed up with the Defendant and her husband. She constantly interrupted the Judge and seems to judge her.
When our mother died it brought me and my brother's closer. Couldn't imagine fighting over what was left over. Greed and entitlements is what destroys family.
My mom died 3 years ago, she left $500,000 my siblings didn’t give me a copy of the will and didn’t take the will to probate. They divided it and I didn’t get a penny, two of my brothers didn’t go her wake or funeral. They still came together to take my portion. I helped take of my mom, planned her funeral and even had to Clean and clear her things by myself. My father NEVER told them they were wrong. I blocked all of them, I don’t need people who would steal and betray me. My mother would turn in her grave knowing they stole my portion, and that my father went along with them.
This is exactly y my parents got they wills together before death..no one got time for that u can have all that shit I have worked all my life This is why u keep ya own memories GET YA HOUSE IN ORDER PEOPLE
As someone who works in the nursing field, the mom (to me) seems very unable to do or even think for herself. I believe the defendant persuaded her mom to change the will so she gets everything. This family needs healing and help ASAP
Nah. There are just some things you don't forgive. The siblings need to walk away let the evil sister enjoy her new boobs. Until they're new no more, which is soon. My sympathies goes out to the mother who is clearly mentally unstable and is being manipulated
My thoughts exactly, charge that $3,600 to the game and keep it pushing. It's just a matter of time before karma comes round. I would bet everything I have the old mom dies/died a lonely death, since the daughter got what she wanted from her she won't be visiting her anymore and the stealing daughter will also die alone because I know she's cheating on her husband which won't end well.
I came from a family of 11 children. When my mom died, having been the one that was always called on to do things, I took control as usual. The funeral expenses was told and us siblings that had the finances divided it up and paid the share. There were siblings who had no funds to contribute, so they were not included for any funds with no problems. No one questioned what had to be paid, we just paid. The funeral home who handled everything said they had never worked with a family like ours before where there was no fighting or confusion. They wished that every funeral they handled could be so amiable.
That is exactly how the funeral for our mother was handled by my siblings and I. We all put in what we could, some of us more than others, and that was ok because it was nothing but the best for our mom. We love her so very much and miss her more and more everyday. The only thing we argued about (jokingly) was which one of us was mom’s favorite ❤️
@@brittanylailer5562 Umm that happens when you are missing teeth and have an accent. But how is not understanding what someone says make them mentally incompetent? Speech impediments are a thing and have no bearing on a person's mental capacity. If the mother really was no in her right mind, the plaintiff would have had that information. Trust that.
@@ButtonsCasey The plaintiff would not necessarily have that information. There are laws against divulging medical information if the patient or their agent does not give permission.
Yep, and in the hall when curt asked her to step up next to the husband of the defendant, the husband hurried up and had her sit down behind them like he didn’t want curt asking her questions and for her to speak. But curt went ahead and walked over to the bench and asked anyways…and she didn’t seem all the way there mentally.
I am so glad I'm in my family & no one else's! We work well together in these situations. Even when my Dad & Stepmom each passed away, my 3 brothers & I, & our 5 stepsiblings, all got along with all of the decisions. I am so grateful!!!
Indeed, my siblings as well when my parents passed. No arguing, no hassles just trying to respect our parents and love each other during such a difficult time. 🥺 I can’t imagine arguing and fighting over trivial things during such a heartbreaking time. I’m so grateful we had each other to lean on even till this day. My brother was more established in life and wanted my sibling and I to have everything except for a few memory pieces. He is amazing have being raised by amazing parents. ❤️ I believe that has a lot to do with how kids handle situations as well.
My dad just passed away(untimely) and my youngest sister is 11. If there was any money I want my mom and the youngest to keep it as I have a husband who provides for us. The only thing I would want would be a couple of mementos, but really, I do not even need that to remember him by.
I was so glad that my Mom didn't marry 1 man! Oh, I loved the man! He treated me like his own daughter. That wasn't the problem! But, at 1 point, he had to go to assisted living. During this move, his 8 grown kids fought over his possessions! My brain was blown!!! HONESTLY!?! After all, it's not like he died! He was just moving! He was going to need his possessions & money!!! Just think of what would happen if Mom would have married him! OMG!!! THAT'S TOTALLY CRAZY!!!
Defendant saying she takes care of her not the nursing home. She has not idea what it takes to care for someone in these facilities. They care for residents 24/7 with medical staff on site. And the judge is taking no shit from anyone today. Love her style.
That's if Mom wants to be touched. Maybe that's the way she wanted to go. No one can prove that she's mentally incompetent, why are you people assuming she is?
The defendant stated that the plaintiff's husband needs the money to go to culinary school. She should be happy they are trying to better their lives. If I was the plaintiff I would block and delete before I leave the courthouse. What a shame!
She cannot delete the film; it is not her property. But elder abuse is showing up on the defendant. There should be charges pending, for stealing her mother's money that was left from her deceased father. She probably did no care for him either. Greed and at the end, she will be alone.
I can't see myself falling out with my siblings over a couple thousand dollars. So, their relationship was already strained and the little money was the straw that broke the camel's back. So sad and unfortunate
You would be surprised what some fight over, $1.00, dishes and clothes that they would not ever wear. Pirannahs grown adults can be when a parent is disabled or dead.
You'll be surprised how many families put so much at stake due to money. Family closeness goes out the window when it comes to money and what they can get out of a house or any property.
When my dad passed my siblings and I didn't hesitate to contribute. We split the cost. We didn't allow anyone else to help. It was our duty and honor to do one last act of love for our dad.
The rapper Havey D entrusted his brother to take care of his affairs after he passed which include taken care of his daughter. As of today she only received 7k from his estate worth 5 million. He was sued by his daughter's momma for control and he lost the case. He will have to account for all that missing money and like the defendant, he's talking in circles!
When my father in law died, his brother came snooping around and even told my mother in law he deserved some of their hard earned money, that he earned it because he was "family". A couple years before he died he also bought a brand new truck and my mother in law gave it to us. We went over to my husband's grandmothers one day and there's his uncle and his uncle is gawking at the truck and saying stuff like "man I would love to have that truck". Yeah well we'd would love to have our dad back. I hate people like this with a passion.
When my grandmother passed my dad's cousin wife called a week after the funeral (that she didn't attend) not to check on me but to ask if my grandmother had any jewelry that she could have. I told her that I didn't want to disrespect her but that I need her to disconnect the phone call NOW. That was rude and insensitive of her.
After my dad passed away 7 years after my mom passed away I now have no relationship with my siblings. I took care of both my parents and yet i was treated like crap and kicked out of my home i shared with my dad. Its funny how the greedy ones aren't around when the parents are alive but when they die they are there with their hands out.
When my egg donor died, I did not want anything, and I did not get anything. My half- sister handled everything. My oldest sister told me the half sister got some money that was suppose to be split. She even called my egg donor's job to see if there was any money was do us. I don't know what happened, but if there was something left, I would not have wanted it, because I didn't need it and I know my egg donor would not have wanted me to have anything. She HATED me and I HATED HER.
Death in the family where there is a Will is involved brings out the greed in the family. This is why my wife and I have a Living Will to protect our kids from outside family members trying to lay claim to our fortune (our little bit of money).
Years ago, my step great grandmother passed away, afterwards there was rumors that her daughter who’s consider my step grandmother had an altercation with her sisters over the will. Basically my grandmother hog all her mother’s expenses like her jewelry etc without considerating with the rest of her family of it.
When I lost my job, I worked part time at a care home while I figured out my life. I really hate when family members claim they do so much for their loved ones when really they just send money. All the cooking, cleaning, bathing, entertaining, driving around, and doctors appointments are done by staff! Stop thinking you’re a good relative just because you write checks.
Quit shaming people because they have their own lives to live do you want them to give up their lives. While the staff takes care of the everyday needs the child who has no obligation what so ever is working to not only support themselves but also their parent. The only thing they might have to do is visit, they should not even have to pay but that's America.
@@Jungfrun1 I want to reiterate the people in the home where I worked were put there by relative, not taken away by the state because of neglect and abuse. It’s so ridiculous for you to seriously think the American taxpayer should fund facilities so that lazy people can ditch their relatives. Also, I absolutely think parents should devote their entire lives to their children. If you want to be selfish about your life, don’t have any kids!
This is a shame, the greed of the defendant. There is no money left to divide now, she spent it all. This is common behavior if there is even $1, it is how people will justify how they are entitled to it. Well.... everyone now knows what a low life the defendant is.
@@kingoffarts8352Yeah I think there’s waaaaay more at play in this family. We heard more of the plaintiffs story but of course the defendant has her side too. The plaintiff came off as very manipulative to me. The way she immediately started fake crying and said “my children” when Judge Milian started saying she was on her side. She had a smirk. There’s way way more going on here. She seems like she’s been jealous of the defendant for a long time and it’s turned into horrible resentment.
@@kingoffarts8352- Because there's a legal document where the mother had already said it was going to be divided equally amongst all siblings, and then all of a sudden the sisters getting all the money when she takes their mother to a lawyer? Come on! It's obvious. I have personally seen this happen. My stepmother did the same thing to her sister. It is very, very clear that the mother is not right in the head. And if you want to see who pushed it, all you have to look at is who took her to the lawyer and who got the money. And it was a very similar situation with my stepmother too. My stepmother pushed on her father that her sister was not his biological daughter, and therefore shouldn't get any money from him, even though she was always raised with him as her father, and got him to change his finances so that all the money went to my stepmother before he even died. She also God my dad's will avoided so she got all that as well! But she doesn't know how to manage her own money, so she's broke again anyways.
The mother is to blame in all of this. Both daughters clearly stated that the mother is only “physically” in need of care, and that she is completely coherent mentally. Therefore she is fully capable of knowing what she’s doing. The money was all left to the mother, and the father (the deceased) listed out his wishes on how the money is to be divided. Out of $77K - •$40K goes to the nursing home for the mothers care. •The remaining balance gets equally divided between the children. The MOTHER is the one that dismissed her own late husbands wishes and changed how the money will be disbursed. SHE decided to leave it all up to the defendant (daughter). If she is all there mentally, then she shouldn’t have been able to be persuaded into doing that, unless that’s what she truly wanted. If the plaintiff (daughter) and her brother (who wasn’t there) were the ones taking care of her initially, then why did they stop taking care of her? If they hadn’t stopped caring for her, then it wouldn’t have left the door open for the other daughter to swoop in. Maybe there’s something else going on here. Maybe the mother had her reasons for not including the other children. Maybe something happened in the midst of everything! Who knows?! It would have been nice to hear from the mother to truly get to the bottom of what happened.
I was thinking same thing. I wondering if her daughter and son got tired of their mother. The defendant just took over the responsibility. I kind of wish she would have let the mother talk
Yeah, but according to the mother at the end she they all "adore eachother", if it was more than that I believe she would have commented differently at the end. Another thing is I believe that the defendant and her brother stopped caring for the mother because of a few things 1.) they have their own lives + possible children 2.) she's bipolar (they claimed in court) 3.) it may have became too much physically for them to take care of her (I.e washing her up, cleaning her, etc). Those are pretty standard reasons and nothing to fall out over, unless the mother was being petty. I think your first thought was right, that the mother just changed it for her own reasons.
I worked in several nursing homes and there are hundreds of family members like the sister. They don’t take care of their parents or come to see their parents and then when they die they want everything they have. It’s disgusting.
Wow the defendant & her husband are disgusting, obnoxious people who STOLE that money because CLEARLY the mother is not in the right state of mind. Smh
I agree mom definitely didn't look all there. She may understand some things, but if you been around people who are not 100% all there, you know it's hard to explain but u can tell without even asking. first who would interrupt the judge multiple times. And I don't think it was like some rude people do, its like she doesn't understand. she's not suppose to or doesn't know any better and know it's wrong and why? But both sides look a lil sus to me. If she was she would had raised her✋ to speak or show she needs to say something the right way. And why didn't both sisters get her teeth and dress her proper now dat is some f up thing to do, she was going to be showed on national tv. 🤦🏽♀️
When my grandmother died. I told my family to leave me out of any money situations. Yall can fight over it among yourselves lol. That's exactly what happened.
Indeed, same here. I still have our grandmas ugly, worn out, green, 1970's aluminum bundt pan which was all I wanted- a reminder. They're still angry and bitter like these idiots.
It's 3 Gs... which I know can be a lot of money. But, sometimes, just washing your hands of toxic family, for your own sanity, is sooooo much more important than the cash or the principle.
I was just thinking this. Depending on your situation, that is not life changing money. I guess she sued in principle, but would have let that $ go and move on without those people in my life. I'll bet her husband pushed this a bit, though.
I can't even get through this episode. I urge parents with multiple children to set up a Will, whether or not there's a lot of money or assets. A piece of junk car could cause this big of a dysfunction when siblings are left to make decisions on their own. I've seen something as insignificant as a 20year old vehicle tear families apart. It obviously stems from deeper issues but it's the excuse they use to ruin the family and relationships.
My mother will only had one signature so it was legal. My siblings didn’t give me a copy so I had no proof, I was entitled. My two brothers didn’t attend her funeral or wake. I planned my mothers funeral, dressed her in my dress. I clean her things all along. I found the will, but NEVER thought my siblings would divide and keep my portion. My mother left $500,000 for her kids, my siblings didn’t take Will to probate. They divided the money and I didn’t get a penny. When I found out that they kept my portion, I blocked them and haven’t spoke to them since she died 2020. God said vengeance is his, he will repay. I NEVER want to see them again I advise friends make sure each child has a copy of the will
What the Judge said about certain siblings being put above or more entitled than other siblings, and that it's not a job you should be hired for, that hit home for me. Thank you Judge
Yeah well I wish she would have also addressed siblings who do absolutely nothing for the parents' care but are the first to put their hands out. 😒 IMO, those who do the daily care ARE above those who don't.
This is why when your parents are capable of making decisions you get ahold of a lawyer and have them decide who is the executor of all of there things, whether financial or personal. Never wait until the last minute. I would never do this to my sister.
The defendant only wanted to be a daughter after her mother went into the nursing home so she could control the money, her sister and brother looked after her before that. My father is from a family of 10 kids, when my grandfather was in a nursing home a brother and sister of my father's suddenly appeared on the scene to visit him as much as possible, my aunt's oldest daughter was a nurse there. They all thought that once he died they would get the lion's share of the estate, house was worth a couple of million. Unbeknown to them the house belonged to their youngest sister, my grandparents hadn't contributed a single cent to the house.
Silver lining your grandfather was able to see his children before he passed away.. Thank God, although it was a deceitful act.. It must have been amusing and upsetting to your youngest aunt - to know they were being manipulative and understand they would not be rewarded..
Judge Millian is the only judge that I have seen that becomes combative and shouts with her litigants. I would hate to make her mad if I was her family member. The way she conducts her courtroom is off the wall and chaotic.
Besides money, it's pictures. Usually one sibling thinks it's okay to steal ALL the pictures of not only your parents.. but YOU... and doesn't even bother to make copies.
I work in the nursing field, and u see this all the time. Don’t nobody comes to see about mom and dad, but when they die everybody comes sniffing back around looking for money. Just sad!
Oh I remember this case. What a mess it was. Two individuals on the defendant's side, including one who is infirm, kicked out of the court room at separate times. I had a feeling this case would show up soon given it is from 2015.
This is horrible. The defendants are despicable. That money will slip through their hands in 2.5 seconds. I pray nothing but the best for the plaintiffs.
As a pastor, I have seen this happen way too often when someone dies and has money. It is incredibly awkward and sad to see families squabble over money. Even more awkward is when the parents leave all the money to the church bc their kids didn't really care for them. They leave it all to the one place that cared for them near the end of their life. Someone once gave the church around 200k and left nothing to the family. They then act like the church or the pastor coerced them. Nah, they knew we would use the money in way that honors them and the way they wanted to use it, to help people in need. That is a lot of money. For this reason, it's important for parents to prepare wills before hand.
@DanielLee churches are the biggest scam around they prey on people in times of stress to swoop in, sell their fairy stories and yes, con them for cash.
I know a woman who has money and is leaving it to the church-college that helped her in her time of need. She is leaving a pittance for her grandchildren because she does not feel they love her at all.
But the pastors drive nice cars and have nice homes correct? If you are a leader of church representing Jesus Christ, take a look at his life and see what house he had and what luxuries he possessed. Then try sell me that false idea of Christianity you profess. You don’t remember Christians are read books.
@@randyholloway920 way to paint every church and religious person with the same brush. U are the same as any evangelical u are painting me as. Whether religious or not, prejudice is a human trait. Say what u said to all the faithful people who serve the poor, visit the sick, and sit with those who are dying without close family. Most of us don't have half that kind of dedication to our neighbors and I am including me in that. Many people I work with will die for the people they serve. You don't get to say what u said about something that inspires them to love people so selflessly. People like MLK Jr. or William Wilberforce whose faith inspired to do great things. That is how my Dad was robbed by his half-brothers of €100.000 in the last 15 years of his life. And the lousy judge in that case believed all their bad lies and then I ran out of funds to appeal….. They are disgusting. And left my Dad in old clothes that had holes in them! They had the money and I was buying him clothes…. I miss him and will love him forever. ❤❤❤❤
I know the exact date and time when both my parents passed, mom, 2/4/2002 at 9:10 pm and dad, 5/10/2012 at 9:15 am. I was with both of them when they took their last breath.
$3600 isn't worth fighting over, unless you're completely broke and living out on the streets. Sometimes you just have to let it go because nothing is more valuable than peace of mind....
I don't get why children think they are entitled to parents money. My parents had a house, two cars, and a shop full of tools. I didn't think I was entitled to any of that. It was divided between the two children who lived close and took care of them.
This one hit close to home, my brother, sister and daughter took my father to a lawyer and miraculously his will was changed. My mother had recently died, he had to go into assisted living and he had dementia. The original will was to be divided equally between the four siblings but the new will gave almost everything to them; my other brother and I got very little. Because I was living in another state and several lawyer colleges advised that it would be very expensive to litigate, ( I had just retired and was living on very little income), I did not pursue it. Ironically, I used to be an Adult Protection caseworker and saw this all the time with families. I never thought it would happen to me. Relationships with my two siblings and daughter are forever broken.
Yes, my siblings didn’t my mother’s will to probate and they didn’t give me a copy. They divided $500,000 and I got nothing. When I found out, I blocked all of them. God sits high and looks low. Vengeance is his and he will repay.
The judge was so RUDE!!! She is worse than Judge Judy. She doesn't let anyone explain and she was terribly disrespectful to the mother. I will say,for the amount of money they received, they could have dressed the mother better. They had enough money to have private care for their mother. I thought she was a homeless person.
Unfortunately the judge is right. This happens all the time when someone dies and there's money involved. Happened to me when my mom died. Her family persuaded her to cut me out and leave me high and dry. Just because they never liked me. I got no money of my moms and very little of her belonged(had to beg the family for her wedding ring and mothers ring). Now I don't talk to her family which is a shame because their my blood. And they hate me that much.
I watched my Mom suffer and go through hell after my Grandparents passed. So glad my Dad's family was peaceful and fair. It's because of those experiences, I vowed to my parents to never be that way with my sister. It's an unnecessary tragedy within an already tragic event. People are the worst 💔
When a loved one passes away, some family members become like vultures and swoop in and gather everything they can get their hands on, and their greed for the money goes off the chart. It is better to die poor without anything left and for those who do have money, get an honest lawyer who will divvy up the money equally to the heirs.
This isn't "family" fighting. This is one wicked evil sister robbing her siblings of what as rightfully theirs too. That's one person being a piece of shit.
As someone who pays for my father, I gotta say I kind of disagree with judge Milian. My sibling contributes nothing and although I would NEVER do what the defendant did, I do believe since I take care of my father and my sister contributes virtually nothing, I think it would be extremely unfair for her to expect the same in the situation. That said I would abide by my fathers decision and I wouldn’t try to brainwash him.
6:10 So you are telling me the law firm took 100k from a 200k settlement and after the deductions, the mother received 70k. Does that seem right to you? Her sister was not the only crook with their hands in the cookie jar!
Some lawyers are shady as F unfortunately.. :( they get over on people who don't do research, and who doesn't get second opinions. It really is sad the lawyer seem to have his hand in the cookie jar.
The mother has dementia. Period. Sadly she is clearly still legally in control. The plaintiff can get her tested. And then her wrongfully legal rights can be taken over by those who can actually make sane decisions.

@@michaelbrandon1222 Do you know these people?

The mother too!!
Yess omg and her mother doesn’t seem like she has the right mind to make those decisions honestly, I could barley understand her
@@brittanylailer5562 Umm that happens when you are missing teeth and have an accent.
When the mom was talking in the hallway she seems like she’s not all the way there
She isn't.
Not even close.
She is definitely off mentally. She couldn’t even control herself in a small claims (TV) court.
Ya think?
Right?! Nobody in my family would EVER be this petty over money!
My dad made it pretty easy. He left anything he had to his wife and she didn’t give or offer us kids anything. Carry on
Defendant saying she takes care of her not the nursing home. She has not idea what it takes to care for someone in these facilities. They care for residents 24/7 with medical staff on site. And the judge is taking no shit from anyone today. Love her style.
As I care giver, I thank you for your comment.
Not all nursing home staff are fit for the job. A bunch of ugly and mistreat goes on in nursery homes.
Exactly 💯💯💯 these family members are something else.
The mother did not have on a bra nor her hair even brushed. That daughter took time to get only herself ready for court. Crazy!
Seriously I was thinking the same thing 20 minutes toward her mamas appearance would have made a world of difference
That's if Mom wants to be touched. Maybe that's the way she wanted to go. No one can prove that she's mentally incompetent, why are you people assuming she is?
I can't think of anything that would help her, she is gross chewing her cud like a cow.

It's not just a couple of thousand there's the brother also she's greedy she coned the mother into rewriting that document so she gets everything
You'll be surprised how many families put so much at stake due to money. Family closeness goes out the window when it comes to money and what they can get out of a house or any property.
Hello when mom dies there is nothing left👀sad
My thoughts exactly. So sad.
When my dad passed my siblings and I didn't hesitate to contribute. We split the cost. We didn't allow anyone else to help. It was our duty and honor to do one last act of love for our dad.
That's because the love you all have for your father exceeds anything else ❤
Its really sad that familys fight over money, expecially money from a death in the family. Its very sad indeed.
It happens all the time.
This defendant is ridiculous!
Just by listening to the mother speak at the end you can tell that she doesn't have it all together and is being manipulated by the daughter SMH
I saw this in a documentary smh he did heavy baby wrong
Sadly she will never see a dime like the Goldmens
I need to watch this documentary!!!
The red lipstick, the purple glitter eyeshadow, the bangs in the eyes….she could have totally rocked that liposuction but she looked nuts.
She was going for the 80s vibe.

Stop thinking you’re a good relative just because you write checks.
exactly! at least come and visit them talk see what they have in mind ..etc. I always feel sorry for these parents
@@yasminalzayer7779 You should feel sorry for the patients.
Quit shaming people because they have their own lives to live do you want them to give up their lives. The only thing they might have to do is visit, they should not even have to pay but that's America.

@@Jungfrun1 "the child who has no obligation".....WOW. Sad view of family.
This is a shame, the greed of the defendant. There is no money left to divide now, she spent it all. This is common behavior if there is even $1, it is how people will justify how they are entitled to it. Well.... everyone now knows what a low life the defendant is.
Ok how do you know she did? Just bc the other person said it? Just bc someone says something that's doesn't make it true.
Out of $77K -
•$40K goes to the nursing home for the mothers care.
Yes, I agree.
She doesn't seem coherent to me...
Mom is off in lala land so daughter took advantage and knows it, the other daughter just needs proof, so get it.

Smh
And where is the proof of that? Her daughter said she has bipolar? Which bipolar doesn't make someone mentally incompetent.

Definitely it was straight up GREED!!!
The judge is always spot on. We all have our family issues unfortunately.
Very good points.
I NEVER want to see them again
I advise friends make sure each child has a copy of the will
Wow Judge Milian was on fire with this case. So sad it had to come to this.
That loud mouth old lady in a moomoo really makes me miss my granny 🥲 she could never keep quite either lol and I loved her for it.
This is so sad. Its ok to cut close family off,I have. Nothing is more important than your sanity and peace.
EXACTLY.

$3600 isn't worth fighting over, unless you're completely broke and living out on the streets. Sometimes you just have to let it go because nothing is more valuable than peace of mind....
The judge had a prejudice because the mother looks homeless.
Why didn't she allow the mother to talk.
2 down, 3 to go!!!!! I love the judge 💞
I don't get why children think they are entitled to parents money. My parents had a house, two cars, and a shop full of tools. I didn't think I was entitled to any of that. It was divided between the two children who lived close and took care of them.
I would give all the money in the world, if I could have my mother back! 💔
Because of Greediness!!!You will not miss them!!!
So unfortunate that siblings argue over money after their parents die. I was so blessed that didn’t happen when my mom died.
That sister defendant never shuts up and is a thief.
If they have this mother evaluated my a doctor I’m pretty sure she would have a diagnosis of dementia! As a nurse, I’ve seen this too many times!
The way family fights over money when someone dies is crazy. Just be fair.
What a disgrace.
6:10 So you are telling me the law firm took 100k from a 200k settlement and after the deductions, the mother received 70k. Does that seem right to you? Her sister was not the only crook with their hands in the cookie jar!
Morally? No. But that is standard if the do it as a “you don’t pay, if we don’t win” cases.
Some lawyers are shady as F unfortunately.. :( they get over on people who don't do research, and who doesn't get second opinions. It really is sad the lawyer seem to have his hand in the cookie jar.
Lord when she said mail lady I thought she meant MALE lady 😅😅😅😅 I was like wait what 😂
I think mom was being manipulated big time. That poor lady
After hearing her in the hall way. I totally agree.
The mother has dementia. Period.
Sadly she is clearly still legally in control.
The plaintiff can get her tested. And then her wrongfully legal rights can be taken over by those who can actually make sane decisions.
