13:21 Dr. Jimmy Howell The father if CABG was at Fondren Brown, Methodist Hospital, Houston, TX when I was an Anesthesia Resident Fellow at Baylor in 1987-1988. He came into the OR one night when we doing a case from some formal dinner in a tux smoking a cigarette and standing on his toes looking to see what the Fellow was doing in the patients chest. Quite a character.
