I managed to do the hard reset another way on my Tecno Spark 8c KG5K.
I left the charger on the power source for about 15 minutes, (I left the cell phone off the charger).
After 15 minutes had passed, I removed the charger from the power source and inserted the cable into the cell phone.
Immediately afterwards, I used the On/Off + Volume Down keys for about 4 seconds.
When the "tecno" logo appeared, I released the on/off key and left the volume down key pressed.
After that, the recovery menu appeared.
I hope this miracle helps other people who are experiencing bootloop problems.
