So, I'm commenting again because RG Cascade is plummeting in popularity. The few decks that are putting up results have removed all of the Ponza elements. This is significant for Altar-Tron players everywhere. I would love to see a video update.
Have you considered Molten Gatekeeper instead of the foundry/munitions? You can unearth it the turn you go off and it should be a fast loop to 20 damage.
Doesn't the altar + 2 myr retrievers make infinite mana with just 1 foundry inspector? each myr retriever costs 1 and altar makes 2 so you're netting +1 with each myr retriever. I've only just finished watching round 2 but you mentioned that it makes infinite mana only with 2 inspectors
you are correct! what i mean is that with 2 inspectors you don't have to click the mana. You just generate mana like crazy and it's much easier to click
@@kalikaiz I agree in principle but in practice, Scattershot is slow, expensive and easily Duressed. Krark-Clan Shaman gets around Duress but not Snuff Out. Would you ever run dedicated spot removal, like Executioner's Capsule?
Have you considered playing Myr Kinsmith in the main deck? I personally had good success with it. If all fails, it’s a 3/1 that can go face. Great vid btw!
The limiting reagent in this deck is Ashnod's Altar and NOT Myr Retriever. You rarely way more copies unless the format is really grindy and you just want extra blockers.
I appreciate that you thank opponents for scooping after you demonstrate the combo.
It's the little things, y'know?
@@zackb9383 it is much appreciated

it's less around but still pretty around tbh. just not the number 1 deck at least

@@davidhenriques1225 while technically better in a combo scenario, I think munitions is way better post board which you'll see comes up a LOT

Also, how do you deal with Traben Charm? They can respond to the graveyard trigger and exile multiple Myr Retriever.
@@matthewmagda4971 so far I've dodged it but you just need to force through
Nice deck
@@Groddon thanks!
19:20 hahah love it
@@Deej678 looking for emotional outs hah!
super fun league, ggs! what would you play instead of stream of thought if that was a paper list?
Really you just want to pick a deck you hate to lose to and add another sideboard card :)
@@kalikaiz so just add a land then I guess 8)
@@BigMek123 yeah if you want to beat ponza maybe a land and a crop
Has Malevolent Rumble shown up in any altar tron lists?
Not that I'm aware of but I'm interested in that as a Tron glee thing haha
What's the plan against Gleezard? Have you considered Trespasser's Curse?
@@matthewmagda4971 I specifically called out the sideboard no? Going full removal with kcs and scatter
Curse only stops munitions

Scattershot or Seal of Doom? What is better vs ponza and terror decks?
@@konstantinmtg I wouldn't play either vs other of them tbh haha. Seal is good vs glee

its hard to be tron in a ponza heavy meta..

Let’s go!!!

Didn‘t expect you to go back to map. I thought you didn‘t like bc too slow and the vid has „fast“ in the title.
@@DonDee123 my thought was to get Tron turn 3 most consistently and then cast inspector and chain off
