I'll be interested to see how you get on with the cape. I've been guilty of shrinking stuff before! I have got a few charity shop gifts for Crimbo. A bag of several mixed books for a friend, just such better value. You got some great stuff. The blue tray is really attractive. I moan about some prices too so does my husband!
@@sumija52118 to be fair Barnardo’s is usually diabolical so I’m guessing they’ve either had extra volunteers to process donations, better quality donations or they’ve just been saving all the good stuff for Christmas 😁. The second shop always has good stuff in. We do have quite a few good charity shops around here though which is very helpful when you buy second hand x
Try the BHF for Claire’s bits. You could make that tshirt into a cushion. I try to buy things that more natural like cotton and wool etc. I went out yesterday and found some more marked silver in a ring. Maybe you need to take the home schooled kids around the chazzas for Christmas presents etc.

@ better value and also far more choice which sounds a bit backwards but I really do think you have more options buying second hand.
