Great explanation. Do you happen to know _why_ switching to Paint Brush also flips the foreground & background colors? To me, it’s very annoying, but perhaps there’s a good reason for it? (Is that your artwork? It’s amazing!)

Thank you. If i am not mistaken, it is not really "switching". It restores the last fore/back color setting when returning back to the brush from another tool. Hope this makes sense.. (btw.. no it is not my artwork, i wish it was :))

Thank you very much for this informative video.
Can I ask a question about one of the aspects you mention at 04:59? In fact, as far as I'm concerned (I work on a Mac with the latest versions of the suite software) the dropper doesn't work outside the work area. I've noticed this for a long time, it was very practical indeed, but since an update (I don't know which one) this feature has disappeared. Unless you need to activate something. Do you have any ideas on the subject? Thanks in advance and well done for your work!

Thank you! Probably the reason you can't use the color picker outside of the application, is a privacy setting on mac osx. If i am not mistaken you need to go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Screen Recording and enable it for Affinity. I think it might get disabled each time you install an update.
