After three years, normally, you need to change the battery. It depends on how many times you have recharged on the battery pack. Our battery life is over 1,000 times charging circle.
it depends what type of city coco you have. if it is using its original suspension you can report it. or ask the guy you buyed it from if it is suppose to be that hard. it might also be this reason: if the frame is heavy it needs tougher suspension or it could brake the frame. it is alot to think about.
It's also important to take elevation and weight into consideration. It looked pretty flat so we'll assume no hill climbing in this test and your weight was 65kg according to the description.
those are two very big factors when it comes to performance. (even with electric cars like Tesla when they provide maximum range that is under ideal conditions, no wind/flat roads, and no extra load).

Hello, love your product, i have the 2kw version and there is this thing where the front fork starts to shake (up and down not side to side) at 45km/h. is there some thing i can do, the wheels are straight and tires have enough air. the shaking worsens after you go above 45.

@@factoryprc Its an Mangosteen M1 from strollwheel europe. Yea i assembled the front wheel as per your instructions, or attached the wheel to the fork. Made sure everything is tight. Otherwise im pretty impressed what you have done. The beast keeps turning heads here in finland like no other :D

Maybe in your next models you could perhaps use other material that could not bend (for example) and with a better lock(for both sides,for example). About the product any suggestion for after sale service,for example in case of service or future damage the motor is supported like other electrical motor or the owner has to pay 💰 the price of a new one to fix it. The biggest issue with these CityCoco bikes in my country is, nobody knows who the official seller is so there are so many scammers and copycats that sell copy bikes that barely work... Wish they had an official shop everywhere.
