CONGRATS Billy!!! Another great video. Ya know, that dog gone Harris Chain sure seems to give a lot of anglers fits on locating & catching big fish. I don't know what it is about that place, so I'm chalking it up to heavy fishing pressure. Been living here in central Florida since 1969, and I've avoided the Harris Chain, never once fishing it. Those lakes are beautiful & scenic, and I know some big bass are caught there once in a while, but I just don't have the desire to fish such a tough place. I don't fish tournaments, so there's much better choices around here for catching trophy fish. A lot of the pro anglers DREAD having to come fish the Harris Chain on the tournament trail. I'm wondering if they should take it OFF the list for several years to give that place a rest. Including regional tournaments in order to drastically reduce fishing pressure for a while. It can't hurt. Maybe after several years of laying off the Harris Chain altogether, the return to fishing it in tournaments may yield much better results??? I wonder what FWC biologists have to say??? We all know the place holds tons of decent fish.........but it's gotta be the heavy fishing pressure.
