this song is too f***ing good! This entire record is brilliant. I like it even better than Heart is A Monster. You could tell that whenever these three guys get together, magic happens.
Naturally the singles are where we get our first impressions from and I didn't really like Dark Speed so I had trouble listening to the rest of the album for whatever reason. I bought the record anyway when it became available and slowly over time everything but the first few songs have really grown on me.
They became crazy productive since their reunion. I guess that's what happens when you start putting your energy in making awesome music instead of doing drugs. I love it, long live Failure!
Does anyone have an idea of how their guitars sound like that? The first verseI think it's a slightly gainey clean with some very light phasing? Their production is simply Incredible, that punch when the drums change at 0:58 is beautiful. Their songwriting is just through the roof. I'm not sure if the lyrics are supposed to be about something specific but they're so well put together.

I REALLY hope they'll either do a Europe tour or support Tool during their upcoming Europe tour. I live in the Netherlands and as a student, I don't have the money or time to go to the US for a concert. But I'm afraid Failure isn't big enough of a band to do a Europe tour on their own...
They are one of the very best live bands I've ever seen. I saw several great shows in 2015 and theirs was at the top. Hope you get to see them one day!
