Mango Fritters

  • Mango Fritters (Makes 15 pieces)
    Ingredients:
    300g mango
    5 tbsp (1/3 cup) sugar
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt (as rq)
    1 1/2 cup maida
    2-3 tbsp milk (as rq)
    10 almonds chopped
    1/2 cup grated coconut
    1 tsp crushed pepper
    Procedure:
    1. In a mixie, add 300g mango and 5 tbsp (1/3 cup) sugar. Blend.
    2. In a bowl, add blended mango, 1 tsp baking soda and 1/2 tsp salt (as rq). Mix.
    3. Add 1 1/2 cup maida and mix.
    4. Add 2-3 tbsp milk (as rq) and mix.
    5.Bring it to right consistency and rest for 1 hour.
    6. Before frying, add 10 almonds chopped, 1/2 cup grated coconut, and 1 tsp crushed pepper. Mix.
    7. Fry the batter in medium hot oil in medium flame as shown in the video.
