Sir interest on capital mera expense h to isse to capital minus hona chaie na to sir add kyu hua hai? Ab tak apne bataya acountng equation k through k debit k P/L me jo ata h usee capital minus hota hai

Interest on capital is an expense to business but an income to capital. so it gets debit in p&L a/c and reduce profit but also added in capital as income of owner.. Net effect in sole proprietorship is Zero
