Best band ever from Norway. Why? 1 Because they are. 2 Because they had the balls to stick to singing in their mother tongue when the easy option would've been to look for so-called international 'success'. they certainly had the talent. gonna miss you, KO x

Just WHY are people discussing Justin Bieber in the comment section of an amazing band like Kaizers? Get it together and go find a Bieber Hate-forum of some sort; I'm sure there are plenty. Don't mention him in the light of all this genius.

One of the best songs I've heard in a while; the split between the fast paced chorus and the interludes is brilliant. I thought that before I even saw the translated lyrics and the story behind the song - that just made it even better. Why can't this play on the radio here?

This is Kaizers in perfection. If I had seen "Aldri Vodka Violeta" becoming the last video, I would have been greatly disappointed. Not because it's a bad song or video, but because it would not show what Kaizers truly is - Seeing this video, I feel like this is the best Kaizers can be. It is their perfection, an amazing perfection, they are going out with a gigantic "Bang" with a video that shows us all of what they are. The best ending for a great band.

The English name of the song is Funeral Polka. The lead singer plays the role of the devil, who has been watching over the life of the young teenager in this video, from her birth. The person buried I think is her father. It's all part of a greater, three album long concept story revolving "around 5 characters, a crazy mother, Beatrice; her daughter, Violeta; her father, Kenneth, Kenneth's brother and the girlfriend of Kenneth's brother (an old friend of Beatrice and the maid of honor at Kenneth's/Beatrice's wedding); Cecilia. Violeta was taken from her mother, by her father, and the only way they can see each other is in their dreams. (Vocalist) Janove has explained the lyrics are magic realism and they are similar to a Tim Burton film." The band is Norwegian, currently on hiatus, and they draw inspiration from Balkan music in their specific take on rock music.
