46 white belt. Do you do anything else for cardio? I feel I am in decent shape but when rolling my cardio sucks. I try to pace myself but gas out pretty quickly. Any suggestions?
I go walking a lot. I also go hiking once a week. I try to do 6 miles plus 800-2000 feet of elevation. The main thing you could change is not being tense during the roll. Tension leads to gassing.
