- Hey angels, here is my first ever (I think?!) weekly vlog / a week in my life video! I actually really enjoyed filming it and I hope you guys love it, if you do please let me know in the comments and I will be sure to do them more often :) also a huge thank you for always being so lovely, kind & supportive - opening up about my mum's illness isn't easy but over the next few months it's going to be something that dominates my life quite heavily and it's only fair to explain to you guys a bit about what's going on incase it affects me/my channel for a while. One day I am looking forward to fully opening up about lots and lots of things that have happened through the last few years but at the moment I'm just taking it one day at a time. You all mean the world to me and I really appreciate every single little piece of support. Love you angels xxx

As a mam with terminal cancer I know how proud your mam will be of you and Katie. The thought of leaving my girls is a nightmare but I have already survived longer than expected and plan to be here much longer. You and your family will be in my thoughts xx
I literally love Elle & Con together, this LITERALLY is the kind of relationship we need to be promoting to people showing how everyone deserves to be treated🙌🏻
My mother in law has had treatment for a BT over 10 years ago! She literally is an inspiration she lives everyday to the full and has a mad sense of humour. It hasnt grown and although effects her vision she's well in health otherwise! Wishing your family strength and happiness Elle xx
My mum was diagnosed with cancer in 2014 also. Thankfully she’s fully recovered now but totally relate to the feelings of being isolated and alone!! Even now I hate saying “oh when I was 17/18 my mum had cancer” because it always completely changes the tone of every conversation. You’re doing absolutely amazing Elle and your mum must be so so proud of you for the strong and kind and thoughtful angel you are x
When your mum gave a thumbs up and said 10 out of 10 I wanted to burst into tears, it was so sweet. It’s amazing what you can and will do for your mum Elle. So much love 💞👼🏼
I’m 43, so a LOT older than you lol and currently you’re my favourite TH-camr! I love your relationship with Connor and your family. You remind me a lot of me when I was your age, I look after everyone too, you are doing great! Your family are so lucky to have you! It can be exhausting looking after and worrying about everyone, make sure you also do you too!x

I lost my mum to a 3 year battle of cervical cancer when I was just 15.
6 years on and the pain is still so raw but life does get better ❤️ Sending love to you and your family Elle, loved the vlog xxxx

I'm 43 and I watch all your videos. I lost my mum 3 years ago to cancer so I know what a dark time it can be. Your videos got me through my grief some days just watching your clothes hauls etc. Even though I'm a lot older I still like shopping at Missguided, PLT etc. Sending you and your family lots of love xxx

What an incredible daughter, sister and friend you are! You should be so proud of yourself for allowing yourself to be so vulnerable and showing the real life situations that you and your family face. We are constantly surrounded by positive posts on social media, but it’s a great reminder to see real life situations that help make you realise not to take life for granted. Continue being you, you are an inspiration to so many people and I wish all of your family so much health and happiness 💕💕💕💕
I usually don't comment but I felt I needed to. I lost my grandma and auntie to breast cancer and I know how painful it is to see someone you love go through this and not speaking about it doesn't help. It can get better. We all love you and will support you whatever you wanna open up💗
Oh Elle.. you and your family will be in my prayers. I was diagnosed with a tumor in my spine a month ago and MS. I’ve had lots of issues for the last 2 years.. and it’s pretty crushing. I’m 31, married, with 4 very young kids. It’s taken hostage of my life.. literally I went from being perfectly healthy to barely functioning. So I can understand a bit of what you are going through. Your videos have really helped me cope.. I’m not just saying that.. you are such a beautiful positive person. You all will be in our prayers.. we love you and your family so much Elle and we are all here to support you!
Also BIBS is good for the boyfriends in the back.. i can totally picture Connor saying “to all my B.I.B’s” out there!”. And hearing herbie cry literally broke my heart! Poor baby!
Wow didn't expect that! My husband has a brain tumour an was diagnosed back in june 2016...its definitely very hard, isolating and horrible illness.... sending hugs to you and your mum and family Xx

Its a tough old journey and everyone is different but it's horrible to know people are in simular situations but also comforting in a strange way as you know you're not alone then! elle love your presence on youtube, never comment but i always watched you videos, my mum had a brain haemorrhage aged 52 about half n half ago. i can totally relate to the doctors appointments and i can really see why you have such a positive outlook on life making memories and doing the most for every occasion! it really inspires me. love your upbeat energy! hope everything is well with your mummy! all the best xxx
It’s weird how reading through people’s comments can make you feel so emotional like it’s crazy the feeling. I can not begin to imagine how it must feel for Elle to know she has so many angels supporting her every step and cheering her on in life xx

I stumbled across your channel and I have watched every single one of your videos over the past month! I am from New Zealand and even though you are halfway across the world your smile on my computer screen always makes my day brighter! In this video by you Elle, opening up so we could see a glimpse of the "real" Elle, the amazing youtuber that is now my favorite to watch! I know all of us (your subscribers) will always support you and give you support when needed. So thank you for being you I know your family must be proud of you. x

I lost my mam to breast cancer just last July at the age of 14.... it’s been really hard to go through but just seeing your family and how strong yous are makes me very happy. Thank you Elle I send yous all my prayers 💕💕
You are so unbelievably strong and considerate especially with how you’ve handled it all and with feeling so much pain and fear but respectful that it wasn’t right for Katie to head that yet. It’s so nice to see the “real” Elle life. I can’t imagine how hard it is for u and your family to be going through this and I hope you’s are all doing well. And just make as many memories as a family as you’s can. I lost my dad 2 years ago, he wasn’t sick at all before hand. He just died suddenly while I was living in Australia and it was the hardest thing I have ever been through. I wish I made more memories with him now 😢❤️.

You’ve just described my puppy, he loves seeing other dogs and when you say he’s nearly a year old you get a look 🙄 he has been done now and he’s absolutely fine. Brain tumors are the worst. Someone close to me suffered one. It's such a hard situation especially because you know that you can't do much to help other than be by the person's side and be loving and supportive in any way possible. Just know Elle that she is so thankful for all you are doing to help her through! You are such a beautiful person and the way you radiate positivity and being yourself always to your family friends and us is inspiring. Thank you for being brave enough to put this up because it will help a lot of people I'm sure. Love you boo xxx
My heart goes out to you and your family, your mum is so proud of all of you. You can just tell! I lost one of my best friends to cancer 2 years ago tomorrow and it's super hard, we just had the charity launch on Friday in her name too and it doubled as her 21st as she would've been 21 on the 17th (just gone) it was so magical. You're so brave for opening up about your personal life, my dad has been ill my whole life with mental health and I care for him and this year has been the best that I've ever seen him, but then in April he was hit by a bus and had a brain haemorrhage so this has been some of the worst couple of months of my life because I'm 19 and dealing with so many medical and legal issues on my own. Thank you for showing that we aren't alone in our struggles ❤

Hi Elle, just wanted to let you know I’ve watched your videos for a few years now and they always make me feel so happy and you are a real positive angel in everyone’s lives that watches! I know where you’re coming from as my niece actually was diagnosed with a brain tumour a few years ago and is still undergoing treatment but the tumour has thankfully stayed benign, the fact you have managed to stay so strong and positive on your channel with all of this going on behind the scenes is amazing and I just wanted to share that whenever I was going through any bad or scary times with my niece I always turned to your videos for a little bit of comfort and to brighten my day, sending lots of love and positivity to you, your mum and the rest of your family 💗💗

It was wonderful getting to know you more Elle, my family have been going through a health challenge similar to your Mum's with my Sister and it was the most traumatic thing I have ever been through, but it is only through the Grace of God we have been able to get through this situation.

As a angel that has had cancer in 2 family members both are ok now I can relate to yr mum stay strong and positive and this video was so awsome as I watch you all the time and yr bubbly personality is always a pickme up when things are hard Herbie is such a awsome family member to you and it was hard to hear him cry give him lots of cuddles and here’s lots of cuddles for you both xx

I never normally comment on videos but I felt I had to on this one. I want to thank you Elle for opening up about this, my mum has had leukemia (A cancer of the blood) for 8 years and it's been the hardest thing we as a family have had to go through. I love your videos so much and it's really good to see you showing us more of your life. Love you angel!! xxx
