Your work is so creative, detailed & absolutely beautiful! U were my first ever subscription!!! Still watching years later! Keep the vids coming, PLEASE!
@@theveganhippie2730 I got all the beads but I went with the ceramic skulls instead of the howlite and that was a booboo. Now I have to go back to get the other ones 🙄
I have been watching your videos for a while now and you just get better and better with your tutorials. I'm always impressed with your talent and I am very thankful you are on TH-cam. I have learned so much from you! Thank you!!
ive had these skulls in my collection for quite awhile and never knew what to do with them. this is such a great idea and i love how perfectly curved your needle is 🥰thank you for this great tutorial!!
Thank you so much, I just made two of these cool rings. You are so talented. I love all your designs, the way you explain everything and your camera angles make it so easy to follow along. your the best.
You are great at tutorials!!! This is actually my first time watching you bead. I am excited to make one of these skull rings for my daughter. I am really conservative with my colors. Your colors are really beautiful together. Something I would never think of using. Thank you for sharing!
I want to let you know I just love you and your beautiful jewelry. You inspire me. I also love that you keep your nails very pretty too. You make me smile. 😄
I don't like skulls, but this ring just changed my mind. And I just found skull beads 60% off at a local craft store. Joy! Going to make my ring now...
This reminds me of the Fairy Tale Ring Tutorial you made 3 years ago. I can't wait to get some skull beads so I can make this for Halloween next year. Thanks!
I found that I could reinforce the band by going through all the beads in each section a second time before I added the 8/0 bead in the middle. The band was much stiffer and wasn't as hard to go through twice as I thought it might and didn't twist when you put the ring on your finger. The 6/0's stood up a little higher, but didn't interfere with the feel of the band on the finger. I had so much fun making these rings, but I had to use 16 of the 6/0's instead of the 14 you used. I got my beads from Michaels, and the brand on the tubes was from the John Bead Corp. Beautifully consistent in size and shape, but must be slightly narrower than the 6/0's you had used. Thank you so much for your tutorials!
Hi Aleshia😘 I'm trying this right now with 8 mm round bead😂 I hope I finish it tonight ... Thanks for your video you make me so happy learning to bead rings I love it thanks so much❤❤❤
Aleshia I love your videos. Your rings are so unique and beautiful .I made this ring and I know you wanted us to share our pictures but I’m not sure how .
How cool 💀 And perfect for the Halloween & fall season! Anytime for that matter, lol!! I have quite a few skull beads in different sizes so I'll have to give this a go 😃 I adore the smaller skull ring.. U mention it was a bit more tedious/difficult to make. I like that u always explain & show us how the piece can be made with different size & shape beads. This was a great tutorial!! 👍👍 And P. S.~ Gurrrl Them Nails Tho!! Gorg! Hope your havin an awesome wkend ✌🌞🌺🌈
I will be making this ring! I have some special skull beads that are Buffalo bone, each bead is differant, Thank you for the wonderful tutorial, I will be subscribing! xoxoxo
I am trying to do the smallest ring because that is the size skulls I have. I so wished you would have done a video for that tiniest skull you did! Gonna try it out though 😂
I just love your work! I just finished this skull ring and love it. I recently bought an elephant tourquoise bead, size 21 x 16mm, (bought on ebay) can you make a video of a ring like this using the elephant bead?? I have no idea how to begin due to the shape.
Is there any reason why I couldn't take away 1 8/0 bead on the rim (just before adding the 11s. There's a gap between the 6/0 and 8/0 ring, just at the transition and before I get too far would love to fix it.
Thank you so much for this tutorial. After watching your French Beading tutorial, I did make a pair of the skull earrings you showed but then I tried making a ring. I'm no designer so of course it did not come out correctly. I just put it away. Now I have a reason to take it out, undo it and follow your instructions. But I was wondering, could monofilament be used instead of the fireline? Once again thank you..
Your welcome! I don't think monofilament will work because of how the stitch is. But Walmart has fireline marked down cheap right now I don't know if it is just online or in the store too. Check this link: www.walmart.com/ip/Berkley-Fireline-Fused-Superline-Fishing-Line/36883694
Fireline is available on firemountaingems.com However, it's better known as "fishing line". You can get it at most hardware stores, sporting goods stores, or any place that sells fishing supplies. Fireline is a name brand, and because it's marketed towards beaders, it's a lot more expensive. You can get fishing line for about half the price as Fireline. Just make sure it says "8 pound test" on the package. :)
Hi, I love your jewelry, can you give me some advice. I'm a new beader, what I'm having trouble with is I'm using 8lb fireline but my fireline keeps breaking I'm going nuts, am I using the wrong 8lb fireline it looks thin. I started an earring and it has broken 4-times. I noticed that on your tutorial it has a D, is that a stronger fireline? I'm wasting alot of fireline that I'm using right now, PLEASE GIVE ME ADVICE.
I've watched this video I swear like a gazillion times and I just cannot figure it out. I mean I start off ok then suddenly I just have a brain fart. ☹️ I really really want to learn this. I love them so much.
Hi, I just ask you for some advice, I saw another one of your ring tutorial and I see you used 8lb fireline fused crystal so is that different from 8lbs fireline crystal it doesn't say fused it says Braided Bead Thread. If there's a difference is that why my fireline keeps breaking please tell me I'm spending alot of money cuz my fireline breaks alot
Hi Margie you might want to use fishing line the same poundage she uses for fireline this is just as strong and easy to work with plus half the cost....deb
Hi. I just discovered you and I have subsribed! Tbis is such an inspirational video that im going to try this. do tou sell your rings? I would love to buy.
Well I made my ring but I had to buy 10mm skull beads. I am 4'11" I have child size hands. I wish I could show you my ring I don't have a Facebook page I don't care for Facebook. I took a pick to show you but I am pretty sure I pulled my thread to tight because it is really domed and the 6/0's hang over the 8/0's on one end. Anyway gonna try another one to see if I can get it right. Maybe I will have to re-sign up for Facebook. Love the look of this ring tho really cool. I think I am going to try 8/0s and 11/0s and 15/0s first then if that doesn't work I will re-try other again.
Alicia I am so glad that you are doing sugar skulls. Because I got a bunch of sugar skull strands. Awesome thank you

These are so cute! Can these be made into a pendant by just skipping the round where you make the ring band?

I used glass 8/0s and got them so tight I couldn't get my needle back through. ☹
