The way the Super Mario Galaxy 2 Credits closed the Symphonic Legends was simply masterful. Definetely the most epic music to end, and the best choice to represent Nintendo as a whole. :D

Imo, this and the Fantasies concert are the best VG concerts ever. What many don't seem to understand is that most of these games have had orchestral medlies performed a bagillion times. This is the first such concert that does something wholly original with EVERY piece. In my opinion, that there are criticisms to certain pieces simply solidifies that this concert was one that elevated orchestral videogame arrangements from very cool to musically great.

It sounds like this is medley of ending themes. I distinctly heard the ending to SMB2, Metroid Prime, Link to the Past, and Super Mario Land and Wind Waker.
0:38 if you're talking about the clarinet part, that's in the original of the Wind Waker opening and not the Pikmin theme. 1:17 Metroid Prime opening is nowhere to be found until later 2:16 Metroid Prime 2 Credits theme 3:41 is this in the mallet part? otherwise, it's Big Blue from F-Zero
The Metroid Prime - Corruption Intro is amazing! But why mix it up with Zelda, those games have such different moods? I'd have loved to hear Metroid in its awesome purity!

Haha, I was dissapointed due to the lack of galaxy 2 in the galaxy suite, but the ending to this sure made up for that!

Great ending for a concert, that made some people dissappointed due to the mediocre Zelda Suite.
